Tara went above and beyond the duties of any salesperson. I didn’t think to ask is she was a manager. I asked about a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses that I had seen on the sunglasshut website. She got them for me and made many corrections to make sure they fit perfectly! Then we moved on to a pair of sunglasses for tennis. She was a such a pleasure to work with.You need more like her!

Staff was very helpful and very patient. Spending good money on a pair of sunglasses is not a decision taken lightly and they were there when we needed help but didnt loom. Great to be able to wear the sunglasses outside and see them in action. Asked about return policy and getting adjustments and they had all the answers. Didnt seem to be upselling or pushy. Will buy from there again, this was already second time.

I went in to exchange my sunglasses and was lied to by the employee who told me I couldn’t exchange them because I bought them at Macy’s. Went into a different sunglass hut store and they were able to exchange without a problem. Will not be shopping at this location in the future

I had a less than satisfactory experience at this location when i went to return a pair of shades. I could tell as soon as i walked in the associate, Elleni was not interested in assisting me. I never feel the need to explain my reason to return an item, as the consumer I have the right to change my mind, and exchange an item for the money I paid as long as I am within the parameters of the return policy. I had my receipt, original form of payment, and the pair of shades along with the original case I was given. Elleni told me she wouldnt take back my shades because they were Vogue in a Ralph case. I informed her thats exactly what was given to me and she tried to quote policy once again. Telling me I would have to bring the shades back to the location I made the purchase. That option being completely out of the question I ended up having to argue with this girl to provide an iota of customer service. After having her call the location that gave me the wrong case she then started to clean quite excessively a pair of shades that had never been worn before. I watched her as she tried to think of another reason to refuse my return. She couldnt find a scratch or any other mark on them then asked me for the original form of payment, my debit card. I had it. Then she told me I would only receive a partial refund and the rest of my money would be coming to my home address in the form of a check from the home office, as if I were an employee, because I had exchanged a pair of shades for the Vogue pair I had come in to return. Tired of Elleni discriminating against me for my age I told her I wanted someone else to confirm the information she was telling me because she had proven herself to be dishonest. All of a sudden she was able to process my return as a cash transaction. LIAR!

The clerk Sunday acted very snooty as she inspected the glasses I had sought to return and lazily informed me that she could not accept the return due to a suppsed scuff that I cannot see. I drug my kids out for this needless humiliation. Will never shop here

Horrible customer service. I loved the other one I went to, but the employees here were very unhelpful and borderline rude.

This place isnt recommended by me I was kicked out at 14 for not having a parent inside with me my parent was outside waiting. I have been in all other sunglass huts and never been kicked out. I dont recommend this location never going again.

Negative stars should be given brought my Gucci sunglasses to be fitted, I knew walking in I was making a mistake and shouldve taken them to Lenox where they are more experienced. I asked the sales associate how long she had been working there she said 6 months so I thought Id give it a shot. I showed her the glasses told her my issue she heated them with a machine and started bending the arms to curve completely behind my ears. I was frozen in disbelief. These are Gucci wayfer glasses not round eyeglasses. That is not how you fit them. Then she couldnt put them back the way they were, every time she attempted they were more crooked then when she started. Just say I cant, dont dive in with $300 of someone elses money. Ill never go back. Beware!!

Poor customer service I walked in to return an item that I bought from another location the gentleman men that was there on Saturday afternoon on July 6/19 I don’t know his name he said it was quiez plus he didnt have a name tag he was like we have black out for 2 weeks we can’t take it back with a attitude and wasn’t even looking at me I asked for a manger he was like there is no manger and when I asked for the name of the manger he didn’t want to give it to me and was like I can escort you out and was very rude I don’t know how they hired him and I would like from head office to call me I would never come back and buy from here
