My mom and I always go to this store and theres a gentleman named Xerxes who goes by Guero who is very helpful and kind he deserves 10+ stars. I just wanted to give him kudos we need more people like him, thank you!! :) :)

I have been here several times and it is the same experience every time. I had a strong impression that I was bothering them when I asked for help finding the right part for my vehicle. Also my Spanish is very weak and the csr did not speak any English at all...spoke with some one else who did for this reason and knowing I dont speak Spanish they keep talking to me in Spanish almost as if I was being mocked. Not friendly, not helpful, no customer service skills at all.

Very poor service at this location today I asked my 2 sons to go get a battery and ask them to please install the employee was about to get off so he started the job but few minutes later said he didn’t have a tool to complete the battery change my son called me and I told them to return the battery to go to Oreallys auto parts luckily the Mgr stepped in and completed the change kudos to the Mier but aRed flag why did he hired that employeeCustomer services has gone way way down on the Autozone all stores employees are not that helpful like they used to be friendly and helpfulPay attention folks lots of business go bankrupt just for lack of interest

I went into the store to ask for help because my engine light went on, the gentleman who helped me was very professional, courteous and very helpful.I have never had anyone help me out with my car the way Tony C did. Horizon & Alameda. This location is very clean, friendly staff and of course the best prices. Although the layout is very similar to the other AZs sometimes there are small differences, but dont hesitate to ask, they will gladly help you find that item you are looking for.

I went this morning to AutoZone they saw me walking no good morning I waited at least 5 minutes in line with nobody in line then she took the phone call before me so I waited another 5 minutes with no person in front she was kind of rude when I asked her about my battery so I just walked away bad experience

We really like AutoZone. The thing is they tend to keep customers waiting in line quite a while and start speaking to customers in spanish without even knowing what language we speak! 😕

I went in to see about a car part and Audrey was very helpful. She knew exactly what was the issue with my car and helped me find the right part in minutes.

Autozone always has the parts I need but sometimes they are to busy. Lines can get long but they will do a quick diagnostic on your vehicle if the check engine light is on for free and you dont have to buy anything..
