I took my car in for an estimate and they told the insurance that it would cost an x amount of money to to get fixed because they would have to replace the whole chasis on the back end. The insurance thought it was to much money so they said they would give me a certain amount of money and have the car totaled. I agreed and told the owner of the body shop what the insurance had given me and he said that he would fix my car for that amount. I still asked him again what he was going to do to the car and he again told me he was going to replace what he called the chasis on the back end. Long story short, he fixed it but when I whent to pick up the car I looked underneath to look at the chasis and noticed it was the same one I had before. When I asked the workers what they had replaced they showed me a few parts that they replaced but not the chasis. I asked to talk to the owner but they told me he had gone out for lunch and might not show up for the rest of the day. What I should of done is make a big deal, but instead I left thinking I will never bring or recommend anyone from bringing their car here again.
