Went in store and they only had 1 book for wiper blades available, Even though I spoke and smiled at the two employees upon arrival not one person acknowledged me. I asked one man about the books he didnt even look at me. Two men who had arrived after m.j e hand shakes all the way around and his car parts were being discussed in de la oil. I was done. Went to Autozone,got perfect wiper blade installed, the oil, and my wiper washer fluid topped off, and the employees at Autozone spoke to me immediately and they were knowledgable . Not the first time this has happened so I am never going to Advance again period. It has happened in Soddy Daisy and Dayton so it must be the way they were trained or supervised. The difference was mindblowing. To management of Auto zone dollars compared theq kudos, because it saved me ⁷ o r 8 dollars😁

The entire Advanced Auto Franchise does a horrible job of keeping track of their inventory.I looked online and the store on 153 showed having the part I needed. Got to the store and they did not have it. The guy behind the counter looked it up and said the Soddy Daisy store has it. Drove to the Soddy Daisy store and they did not have it. They proceeded to tell me that the store on Hwy 58 had it. Drove to that store and you guessed it, they didn’t have it. So I got to drive around for 2 hours because someone can’t track their inventory. Never going to another Advanced Auto !!!!!

Good help over phone and in store. Not as bad to give you incorrect items as others.

This is my auto parts store of choice for about ten years now. The store staff are very helpful here. I have never had a complaint about the service I have received at this location and I am a member of the rewards program. I recommend to anyone that is a diy person just do some research and then go here for your needs they have been very good for me.

They were pretty good but I needed the part right now but they Saud they could have it next day there so told them thanks but went to AutoZone across the street so I got it there but they just didnt have the part there but they tried to help
