First I want to say that the manager and staff was very friendly and I appreciate their kindness. However I arrived at 10:45 and left at 12:45 to have two tires installed. They successfully installed the tires but could not balance them . They also said they couldnt put air into my rear tires because they were dual Wheels. I had to go to another shop and they balanced everything and aired up the tires in LITERALLY 8 mins. No joke.

They were very friendly and got the job done a little faster than quoted. Only dropped one star due to only 1 chair in the waiting area so my family was forced to wander around the store for an hour.

They opened 20 minutes late, then one of the four techs said they were doing something and would get with me when they could. It didnt seem they cared about my business.

Got a sidewall puncture on labor day and they were the only ones open. Luckily not long of a wait, fast and low price install, and I was on my way.

At 9:00 am On May 23, 2019, there was nobody working. After lunch I went back at which time I was told that there was only 1 tech working. In my opinion, Walmart needs to staff the tire and lube express or close it down. I was told that complaining to the manager would do no good. HELLO SPEEDY LUBE.

This morning I went in at 9:15am, they open at 9 am, I stood in line for 45 minutes just to tell them I need an oil change and I was told I’d have to wait another hour just to get my car in. They do fine work but they are WAY TO SLOW!! It’s absoutly ridiculous.

Dont trust them with your vehicle.
