Guys I am very disappointed with the job that was supposed to be done with my truck. All the people I have talked to in your shop I dont doubt it that they are very nice people but regarding the job they are the worst. I have been taking my truck Ford 250 since November 2020 to get it fixed of an oil leak. In this 9 months and after paying $14,000 the truck is still no fix like it should be.I feel robbed by CROUSE AUTOMOTIVE

These guys were so incredibly kind and accommodating!!!!On my way in to town from Minnesota, I started experiencing very concerning car issues. Stephen looked at my car on a Friday before it had gotten really bad and it was difficult to diagnose, at the time.He gave me his cell phone #, knowing that I was living out of my car on my roadtrip, on a serious budget and scared of getting stranded. I had to call on Sunday and he was so reassuring that the vehicle would be fixed in no time on Monday. I actually had to reschedule until Tuesday and they were totally able to work with me despite already having non-stop walk-ins and a lot, full of vehicles to work on.Im travelling with a big dog and didnt really have a place to stay. They were more than happy to help me out! Even let my pup hang out while I went to a restaurant to eat! They replaced the water pump and fixed a gnarly oil leak in a matter of hrs. OUTSTANDING RATES THAT CAN NOT BE BEAT. They are obviously in buisness to help people.Everyone was incredibly friendly and put me at ease. This was BY FAR my best experience with a shop, ever!Forever grateful 🙌✌

I stopped by here today due to my auto part store OReillys sent me. OReillys said that they would be cheap and reasonable. Well when I pulled up and asked them. If they could put my belt on which is a simple job to do. So when I asked how much the guy went over and asked someone else and then comes back and tells me $40 dollars just to put a belt on my car. I said no thank you thats way too high. And that is way too high. So I would suggest you guys not going to them anymore. I found a great guy that does amazing work and is very cheap and fare to people. Google Affordable Mechanic, hes down off Signal Mountian road. I promise he will do you right.

Went to two other mechanics they fixed everything but the problem . went to Crouse They changeed the injectors and change the fuel filters, in short they took care of the problem . it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, I found one!
