Drove all the way from Ocoee to test drive a jeep. Applied for financing and made an offer and they sold the jeep right out from under me. Terrible way to do business. They didnt care as long as they sold the jeep, bottom line. I even dealt with the owner. I dont see any reason to ever do business with them. Wow !

I took my jeep Cherokee to Jeepsters. First they tell me my transmission control module is bad. They change my computer out. I paid over 700 dollars. Then I picked it up went down the road and it did the same thing. I took it back, they tell me they made a mistake the computer and transmission control module are 2 separate parts. So they changed the TCM. A month later it was doing the same thing. I had to go back a 3rd time. Now they say it is my shift module. 697.00 more dollars. I went and picked it up again. This was the end of December 2017. All this work was done now ive put 4,000 miles on the jeep since all that, now its tore up again. Doing the same thing the TCM IS BAD AGAIN. AND THE SHIFTER MODULE IS BAD AGAIN. i guess they tear up every 4,000 miles or every 3 or 4 months. Most companies warranty there parts and labor for 1 to 3 yrs. Jeepsters gave me a 3,000 mile 90 day warranty on parts and labor that costed me almost 1,600 bucks. Now they want fix it they could care less. Its not there problem. I recommend every one stay away from JEEPSTERS IN SODDY DAISY. THEY DONT WARRANTY ANYTHING. WELL 90 DAYS. THATS BS. I,FEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD FIX MY JEEP THEY DID THE WORK BACK IT UP. BUT THEY DONT. DONT GO TO JEEPSTERS. Joey donT work there anymore and they all just avoided me. Now Im out all that money. And jeepsters should take pride in theyre work more.I shouldnt have to keep paying to fix stuff that should habe been fixed right the 1st time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO,JEEPSTERS!!!!!!

Had them put a slip yoke eliminator in my jeep tj for a way overpriced payment of over 1000$ it leaked for about a week before I took it back and had them replace the seal guess what it still leaked they said it was because I was wheeling it which is bs and that they couldnt do anything else with it.. its now 2 years later and its leaking so bad I cant even drive it had toms 4x4 put a slip yoke eliminator in a Cherokee for around 800ish$ and I abuse it a lot worse and it has yet to leak... long story short jeepsters mustve not known what they were doing I wouldnt send my enemys enemy here because on top of everything the owner is rude and think hes always right
