I had to wait 50 minutes for a simple test at the minute clinic . The test literally took 30 seconds. Absolutely pathetic zero stars

I visited this location for a rapid COVID test. They were slow so I was seen before my reserved time. You do your own test here. The store was clean and all associates were friendly and professional.

I have no clue why there are all these negative reviews! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with their pharmacy staff. They have always been prompt and pleasant, and even check for the lowest price via GoodRX for me.Oh, and they always promptly answer the phone.

This is the WORSE store in the chain! I look forward to having different insurance so I am not forced to use them. Ordered a refill days ago. Yesterday was told I could pick it up after 2 p.m. today. Today at 3 p.m. was told it was out of stock. The attendant offered ZERO help -- didnt order from another store or anything!

I have ways found the staff to be very helpful, and my prescriptions are always on time. They will mail your meds also, if you request it. I have lived here over 2 years and have honestly never had a problem. Thank you, CVS Soddy staff.

Only had 1 issue with CVS. They kept refilling a RX that I told them I no longer take. 3rd time was a charm. They finally quit refilling it. Always kind and helpful.

My insurance forced me to use them, or mail order. This is my 4th day driving 40 minutes to this pharmacy only FOR THEM TO NOT HAVE MY MEDS. Keep in mind I have shared with them that I am leaving today for my baby’s open heart surgery, but OF COURSE THEY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. They had 4 days to take care of this, OR EVEN NOTIFY ME that they don’t have it in stock. I have never seen a more unorganized pharmacy in my life. I get it you have a lot of patient to prep meds for, BUT this is ridiculous.

Tried to call about my prescription. Never got through. On hold forever and rather than answer they hung up the line.

My wife and I have used CVS in Soddy since we moved here over three years ago. The pharmacy staff are not only kind but do what they can to make your visit a positive experience. Both pharmacists - Travis and Randy take the time to listen when there is a problem with a script and do what they can to resolve the issue. Because I am extremely ill my wife deals with getting my medications and I am extremely grateful to CVS staff for taking the time to assist her when there is an issue. She also uses the Minute Clinic there and always speaks highly of the services provided and how professional and efficient they are.

Itd be nice if theyd answer their phones

The nurse practitioner was condescending, and rude. Despite medical history and significant symptoms, she sent me home with absolutely NO resolve! NOTHING! “You”ll be fine”. Of course I was not! Mis-diagnosis and zero treatment on a Sunday meant my symptoms worsened significantly, went to my regular doctor the next day for correct treatment and lost two days of work . She didn’t just offer no help, she was a detriment to my health! Seek another clinic!

The pharmacy people are friendly and take care of me and my wife. Also honor good rx app. Qich saves us tons of money a month. We are very happy with our decision to do business here

I called in to inquire about what time the pharmacy close and BETH that works in the pharmacy was very nasty, rude and short with me, if this pharmacy wasn’t so close I would not come back! I’m ill and have to get mistreated by the pharmacy is not a good feeling
