The customer service is everything youd want and the selection of flooring is top notch. From my initial phone call with questions, to scheduling the measuring of my floors, everything went perfectly. Its hard to find a company these days that will actually do what they promise and I put Coles at the top of my list for doing just that. Joanna and Katie were professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my issues and they helped me make decisions. I will never go anywhere else but Coles for my flooring needs.
