New Management!! Amazingly clean show room! Friendly and amazing customer service!! Jay just delivered our item we ordered and he was wonderful!! Loaded, unloaded, hooked up our item and made sure everything was good to go! I highly recommend them!! If you previously had a bad experience give them another try! Amazing Customer Service!!!

The absolute worst place. Horrible customer service. Dont return calls when they say they will and charge incorrect, illegal sales tax.

RAC is a place for people who dont have a lot of money in the bank or their credit score is bad (like mine). To be able to rent or purchase major items without a credit check is going to cost more than average. People should know that by now. Im grateful to have a place available like RAC.

Rent a center was awesome! The manager, Keith, walked me through my whole rental process and helped me get the best furniture for my bridal suite. They delivered it all, set it up and came to get it after my rental period was up. It was so easy, VERY affordable and an all around amazing experience. Keith definitely helped my wedding month stay stress free. Thank you!

Always extremely helpful and informative. The folks that work that are amazing. Despite any situation Ive had with them there always extremely understanding and open to working with me....pay no attention to the negative reviews. Just folks who couldnt make there payments and shouldnt have purchased anything from them in the 1st place

Washer broke down and needed one asap, with 3 kids and a husband in the oilfield most the coming home dirty. wanted something new but only had used till went in back n found 2 in box.kid was very kind and pleasant to work with, he just didnt have any knowledge of products and meshed up when filling out forms,must be new but no one offered bvb to help him until after our transaction was finished. Took more time then needed

Got a living room set supposed to come with 7 pieces paying for them yet we still dont have the lamps. But was told by supervisor if we take off the lamps we will have to pay 40 a week instead of the 27 were paying now. 3 months later still paying for lamps we havent gotten and was told we would have. Going to be calling corporate.

This rating is way below Poor. We had been RAC customers in another state for 6 plus years. Purchased and paid off 8 large household items from tv to washer and dryer. Our first item here was an Apple desktop. This was suppose to be brand new out-of-the-box, but we needed a previous customers sign on info to get into it. We returned that for a new laptop, that item had the blue screen of death on first start up and someone elses files on the home screen. We had just moved here, so we needed a bed. They brought the wrong one and had to go back for the right one. We tried out a black-friday sale; buy a tv and get a month free. We were talked into paying for the first week so they can figure out how to do it, then on the second week they say they cant honor it, even tho one of the employees spoke up and said they already had that day. So, we supposedly were getting the month free. Now, on our third week free we are being charged full again and they told us they do not take weekly payments (contrary to their own advertisements as we were sitting on hold, AND that is how we have been paying). I am sitting her as I type this, waiting for them to come get their stuff. I am done giving business to this property. -susan

When we moving to Alaska from Oregon and they told me what range of price for monthly, about 3 month later they show up and take all our furniture and tv away because I owe them, which we did pay for whole 3 month now they took stuff away! What a jerk! They trying to rip us off

Horrible costumer servic. My bedroom set was damaged, they never called to tell me they weren’t going to show up at the time they said. All I got was the bed, which was damaged that they didn’t replace. Ended up canceling because they wouldn’t do anything about it
