Went to get my S9 battery checked didnt seem to be lasting as long as it should. The associate found some fraud app that was causing the drainage. In the process she was wonderful for your business as she up sold me a S21plus, ha ha so getting use to it. Would have given a 5 for the first question but I had to leave my phone there during the transfer which was not a problem, BUT I was told was all I needed to do was return in 30 min pickup my phone and I could go. When I went in to do that there was about 30 min of getting everything taken care of that was after taking to a different associate who knew nothing about my phone being there or what I needed. He went and got original person from lunch, that should not happen to employees or the customer.,, that was dissappionting. Also, I am Disabled an the area does not allow for comfortable setting, the couch gives you know where to write and there are NO chairs with backs making it hard to remain in the store for very long. I could not have done this if I had not left my phone there. I barely made the additional time without serious spasms . in my legs. The employees did incredible at attempting to make me comfortable, limited my walking as .much as they could. .
Jason was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing customer service and quickest time its ever been to set up a new line. He told me exactly how it was and gave me all of my options up front. Truly such a great experience working with him.
I needed to switch carriers on one of my phones to AT&T. I went in on Monday and was told exactly what info I need to get from my previous carrier and returned on Wednesday with the information. I was very disappointed that the information I received regarding a new phone was incorrect. Jason was so kind and patient with me and together we figured out a suitable solution. Jason has superb customer service skills and if it werent for him I probably would have left. Such a nice man and even shared restaurant suggestions with is. This store is lucky to have him

Watching the Soldotna att store directly lie to their customers about unlocked phones being 3g only phones and refusing to connect them is getting very frustrating, especially when calling att directly and giving them your model and imei they will remove artificial locks and allow them to connect because they support the necessary network bands to function on their 4g network. Sad to watch happen, wish they would do their due diligence.

So hard to leave a review.... I had 2 transactions today. Upgrading 2 phones... our first sales person, Stockton was fantastic, friendly, helpful and didn’t rush us even though they were busy. He made sure everything worked when we left. (5 star rating for him and that experience! It was nice! Since I had such a great experience, I decided to upgrade as well and returned (if I’d have known I could request a sales person I would have.) the next sales person, a different young man, was rushing. I had to upload in my car due to covid (which that part, I understand) and go figure my phone had zero service. (Forgot the SIM card) (I’d rate that one as 1... hence the 3 haha) I then had to be added back to the cue... thankfully after a little more than another hour plus wait, Stockton came out and helped me, Took him 5 minutes, and he verified it worked before I left (that young man has an exceptional service personality) ... In total I was there 6 hours... I’m making an appointment next time and only asking for him... long story short, a fabulous sales person and great experience brought me back on the same day, but I didn’t get the same service when I returned.
I did a trade in at this store back in June/July of 2020. At the time they said to send the trade in back via usps. I was mailed a label and did so.It is now March, AT&T stated they could not locate the trade in. I have called several times (1 to 2 times per month) to fix the issue. Im constantly transferred. Nothing was ever resolved. Basically they got a great deal on a phone and I am stuck with this issue.One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There is zero accountability with this company.

The manager called me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very impressed with the service I received.

If Ive ever have any issues they are resolved by a quick store visit, they also have a very good selection of phone accessories.
Great experience. Had to restart my service, with a new phone and old number. The manager did an amazing job helping get all my needs taken care of, offering me a good deal for insurance add on and making sure I had a tech support session set up for that evening to make sure I had WiFi calling set up from home since there isnt any cell coverage yet where I live.

While in AZ, I had the opportunity to visit the Lake Havasu City AZ AT&T office and received excellent service.I was pleased to see All Staff wearing mask.The staff there were professional and the environment was definitely people working as a team. A special thank you to the managers that were in house that day Robbi, Jake and Michael and all the great staff.All customers were welcomed with a prompt and friendly greeting.My service was excellent and I updated my existing plan and brought all my other services to AT&T..I have never experienced a more knowledgeable and helpful staff at AT&T. They were very helpful setting me up in a plan that best meets my needs and cared that I understood both how to use the services and understand the billing. Best of all saving me money.Thank you Lake Havasu City AT&T.

I went in when my hotspot wouldn’t work;Tiffany identified and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. I had made an appointment and didn’t have to wait I was immediately helped when I arrived a few minutes early. Everyone there was observing social distancing, the areas were clean and wiped down.
First of all we had wonderful customer service and helpful and quick with your employee Carla, she’s helped me every time I’ve had to go into the store to pay or buy, which ever it may be Carlas been awesome, a big thank u to wonderful employees like Carla .

If you have all day to deal with incompetence then your in the right place. Came in for a simple phone case swap out, and watched employees sit and BS about family etc with other customers, waiting for an automated process while they could have simply taken care of an exchange. You know what Im talking about when your sitting watching the iPad do updates and your trying to fill the time with meaningless conversation, meanwhile your other customers are sitting around dying inside being ignored.

I had a phone that got totally unusable after the March 10 update. While Im angry that I had to pay to get a replacement from AT&T via insurance the Kenneth, John, and Rebecca were all helpful and understanding to the situation and went above and beyond to try to help me.
It ducked the personel dont care how long you wait i waited 2hours and still didnt get helped

Bad service, slow and at&t is a rip off. Charging 180 a month for tablet and phone. We now have two phones and internet with unlimited everything for 250 a month. Please dont get taked by this company.

Service is notoriously slow. Just stopping in for a new screen protector takes an hour. Friendly service, just incredibly slow.
Staff is patient with each customer to make sure all their needs are met before moving to the next customer. Sometimes wait is long due to the awesome detailed attention given to each customer and it is worth the wait!

Ppl think there getting full bars in actuality they only have like maybe -85 dbms in the middle of town. Dont use att go with someone else if you can. Theyll steal from you blatantly. Not very good with crediting payments back when they mess up, not as good of cell service as GCI around my area (have to walk to the hwy typically for service where GCI gave us full bars in the house). But they work better in the states than GCI so Im keeping them for now.
I have been to AT&T stores all across this country. NEVER have I EVER been treated as poorly as I was today in the Soldotna branch.Not only did the customer service agent meet me with arrogance and disrespect, he intentionally misled me in an attempt to scrape $900 out of my pocket. After calling the HQ customer service line, I found that the problem could be fixed with $100.I have been paying AT&T nearly $300/month for the past decade, this was the last straw.If you live around here, do yourself a favor and go through another carrier. This place only has unknowledgeable employees with snotty attitudes and conniving practices.Absolutely repulsive.
Employees are really nice but it takes about 30 minutes to even talk to one the prices are fairly high because its electronics but I dont like dealing with them
Had a Go Phone account. I was sold because its unlimited calling for only $30 month. However, I paid in advance and then was charged for data which I didnt even know was relevant. So they charged me and then cut off my phone without warning, causing to have to go back into the ATT store and renew my plan adding more money. If you can handle shut-offs without warning ATT may be a great deal, especially for Alaska. However, if you rely on your phone and dont want to have to visit the office for their surprise shut-offs, a go phone plan is not the way to go.

I have been standing in line for 25 minutes and the line has not moved at all. There are 2 employees who are completely ignoring the 8 people in line in order to hold the hand of 2 customers who have never touched a smart phone and seem to think they need one. There is no end in sight. Worst att store ever!Update: About an hour after arriving, one of the employees excused themselves to the bathroom, which is apparently code for talk to the 3rd employee loud enough to be heard by the customers in line. All in all, it took over an hour to get my sim card replaced. I will never go back to this store.

3 days trying to get them to answer the phone. Rings, goes through menu, then no one answers so back to the menu. Seems like they will not answer purposely as you can hear them click on and off prior to returning to the menu. All store reps are currently helping other customers constantly. Just answer the phone and take a callback number for when you are not busy
Had appointment at 3pm finally at 345 we started. Did not get everything done till 545 best not to schedule on Monday afternoon or evening.
Employees were knowledgeable and helpful, but the store was very under staffed and we waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, because they were so slammed.
