Directly rude and tried to sell me something I didnt want. They talked to me like I was a child and now, theyre directly undercutting my friends business because hes better than them. Absolute garbage

The technicians understood the problem with my iPhone and corrected it the day I brought it in. I was able to collect my phone later the same day.

Everytime I have gone in here they have been helpful, informative and straightforward with honest feedback.Im going in today to get a computer diagnostic done because its cheaper then every other place and I exhausted my options repairing it myself with limited time and knowledge.However Ive gone in and have received free advice on simple fixes and they have always been great to talk to.

I came in here honestly feeling completely defeated. After trying several other places in town to get a new charger for my MacBook air, and being told to order one or go to anchorage, I had very very little hope. The gentleman running the store was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable, knew what to ask (I had to call home for more info!) And promptly saved my rear by having what I needed! I answered all my mothers questions about different laptop brands while waiting. As Im just a visitor here, all I can do is recommend this awesome shop!! Thank you so much!

They have no knowledge of what they are doing. They are trying to fix my computer for the third time. On top of all that, I bought a new computer and I needed a new cord to plug in the monitor to the computer. I told them what I needed which they had but didnt sell it to me. They wanted to sell me a totally different cord so I went with it and it is not compatible to my computer. I am never going there again.

I gave my brother my old desktop he brought itnin to get fixed and they didnt put the wifi adapter back in the usb now he has no internet

These folks are FANTABULOUS! I dont know a great deal about computers, but I do know enough to say that these guys have fixed me up several times (computer problems no one I knew could fix) for FREE; have at other times directed me to the best computer for what I needed in different instances. They are so FAIR and KIND and educate me each time I visit. This is true for other members of my family as well. I would not go anywhere else, as I can totally TRUST these folks. They are not out to sell you something or rip you off. They are truly CARING and CONSIDERATE, an attribute that is dying off in our society.

Good service, the guys are very knowledgeable, unfortunately I cant recommend them as a parts supplier, they were selling many outdated computer parts for top dollar.

I have been bringing my computer woes to Andy, and His band of merry men for years now. Just outstanding customer rapport. Other places you get a suggestion of what to buy, here you get an answer to your problem. Service like that is hard to find in the age of Walmart and Overseas Helplines.

Seriously I just built my own Desktop, they had basically the same system in their store, for almost exactly 3x the cost in parts. It took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to put together, and about another hour 30 minutes to install the OS, all the drivers, and a few games. the parts cost me about $875, and their system was selling for about $2,500, If they are actually getting $500 per hour for labor, then I need to start doing this for a living. My last PC lasted me nearly 10 years before I started running into things I wanted to do with it that it couldnt do. When I was last in their store, I thought the prices were a sign of the economy, but seeing the above review from 2 years ago, I see this is not anything new to this company. I will continue to visit this store, as I get good ideas as to what hardware Id like to get, but doubt I will ever seriously visit with intent to buy ever again. the guys in the store here locally are great, and I am sure if they had any control over the actual markup, then pricing would be much better.
