I needed to buy several cases of 288 count jars. It took three emails and a few weeks to even get someone to help me. When I finally got a sales rep (Josh), he kinda acted like I was doing him an incovenience by making a change on my order. He was able to actually include his feelings of inconvenience in an email to me, at which point I reminded him how inconvenient it was for me to just do business with them, and thus I understood Then this will be my second order and my sales rep acts like I work there. Hes really difficult to work with. After I asked about if they had a 64oz plastic jug, he responded by telling me that it would take him 1-2 business days to check on that. So I just took 2 minutes and ordered it from bottlestore.com. When he sent over my invoice it was missing caps. Of course we didnt decide on which caps. But guess what.... I dont work there and the website is highly unfriendly for someone to use who doesnt work there and isnt in the container industry. I mean, the only reason Im actually putting in the order is because other options arent fully in stock. Otherwise theres a disincentive to continue to do business with them.****Update. Since this review they have been on point. Rough start, but it looks like theyve got it together. Ive made 2 additional orders since this one.

I was late like 3 hours due the bad weather but they still unloaded me the workers are so friendly and great they even let me to chill same dock while I was waiting for my other load

3hrs and still counting to unload empty drums with 3 guys and 1 gorklift operator; to give you a comparison I used to do whole truck by myself and 1 forklift guy in 90min but then again I cared about not wasting my work time.

It’s a very fast-moving facility. Unloaded trailer in 20 minuets. Thank you!

Shares a driveway with Core-Mark, for deliveries. Take Hwy 422 to Cochran rd exit, follow Cochran rd for about 3 miles. This is for truck drivers.
