Wish I could give 0 stars... my elder father saw an internet deal for a laptop for the grandson. The site said it was in stock. When he went in the store, not only was the item Not in stock.. but they told my father that the item price was wrong and that they would not honor the price listed. Terrible. As a business owner myself of retail, when an item gets listed wrong and acustomer thinks they are getting a good deal, I honor it.

This is by far the best customer service I experienced at a staples in my area. Ive been to the staples in Mays Landing where the customer service at the copy and print center were rude and didnt want to help at all. Rachel at this staples was so helpful, patient and friendly. I was so happy with my invitations and her service. Thank you Rachel for all your help!

I often need to have things printed, the formatting can be difficult. Ashlee is SPECTACULAR at handling all of my crazy tasks. Incredible customer service always!

Very disappointed with my experiences here. Awhile ago, I went to this location for a free virus scan for my computers. They did it and there were quite a few viruses found. They told me to remove them though, there would be a fee of about $300. Its funny because I left, went home, downloaded the same application they used, and then removed the viruses myself for free. Another time, I ordered a tripod online for pickup at this location. About a week or so later it arrived. I went there and it turns out it was the wrong one. I contacted staples online and they said they would ship another. They did and yet again it was the wrong one. This might not be this specific locations fault but it was certainly the companys fault.

I just went in to fax a single page document and Nick talked me through the process! First time faxing a document from Staples and it was easy! Nick was a great help!

We have visited this Staples location many times before and have had attentive employees, however our most recent visit was exceptional because of our print associate Deanna. She was not only friendly and personable but also extremely knowledgable, hard working, and dedicated to the store and its customers. This was our first experience with her, but as we were there we noticed that many customers that came in and out knew her. Deanna would take the time to greet them by name and make sure they were taken care of. It was obvious they came to this location for her outstanding customer service.Thank you for hiring people who care about their job and people. It sure makes a difference!

We returned up a WiFi extender that didnt work for us and they hooked us up with one that works perfectly! A+ service

The aisles are a bit confusing. Looked for some things but didnt find exactly what I wanted. I dont see anything new in here. A store rep walked past me four times, looked me in the eye but didnt ask if I needed help. Usually they always do.

Great selection of office supplies (binders, pens, pencils, folders, boxes), as well as electronics (printers, cell phones, iPads, laptops, computers), office furniture and cleaning supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Vague, and poor response to questions. Didnt know product and was irritated that I needed information before a purchase. Purchased $58.00 product elsewhere.

Its a ghost town, with very odd employees, and a homeless looking lost prevention guy. They had the product I was looking for, so I guess thats alright?
