I went to their location in Somers Point to get a few things I needed for a Linux computer I am building - a micro ATX case, a 250 watt ATX power supply, and a 92 mm case fan - since I am building a new Windows computer and want to use my old hardware for a Linux computer. I have been building, rebuilding, and repairing computers since 2004 and had my own computer business in Palm Beach County. When I arrived at Greenway they were closed because of the virus, but I called them on the phone since I had seen some people in the store. When I told the person who answered the phone I needed a microATX case, he told me he didnt know what that was. Huh? What? The ATX form factor was developed by Intel in the late 1990s and has been the standardized basis for 99.99% of all desktop computers made since the year 2000. This means the bolt pattern in a computer case for all ATX form factor motherboards is the same and has been the same from 2000 right up to today; computer components from a computer made today will fit into a case made for a computer from 20 years ago and vice versa. The only difference between an ATX case and a microATX case is that the latter holds a truncated motherboard although the bolt pattern is the same in both the microATX case and the ATX case. I dont know how anyone who sells refurbished computers can say they dont know what an ATX or microATX form factor is. Somethings really odd with this place since they dont even know really basic information about a computer. How can someone refurbish a computer without knowing this?In any event, they just seem to want to make excuses not to sell you used parts for some reason even though they have an ebay store that sells used stuff.
Fantastic service and staff! Dave, was wonderful in assisting us repair my daughters phone screen as well as my own. Fast, quick, knowledgeable and definitely can’t beat the price! Highly recommend!

They always fix the problemIve had many computers and phones repaired. But Ive also gone in and the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff has explained how I can fix something at no charge--which I greatly appreciate! Long time customer. I highly recommend!
We brought an iPhone 6 in with a cracked screen at 5 pm (one hour before closing). To my surprise, we were promised that it would be taken care of and we could pick it up at 6. It was ready when promised and when the gentleman saw that my daughter was paying for the repair herself, he very generously paid the sales tax for her. I highly recommend this company!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! RUDE.. INSULTING and dishonest. Jim has a sick personality which is why his brother-in-law left the business. Lots of complaints from my friends also.
Firts, horrible custumer service, second they where thinking that I was stupid in computer stuff, third they charged me 100 dollars for fixing my phone that at the end still with the same problem..... They where wanting me to spend 150-60 on a stupid housing for my phone to solve the problem.....
Horrible! Tried to rip me off. His employees were rude and intimidating. The owner was unbelievably disrespectful, a liar and a bully. I’m glad I stood my ground but it was not without a ton of stress and police involvement.
Horrible customer service! Stay away!
