My go to almost everyday. Very nice..selections are great..it is always special when they know you by name.

This place use to be great, but the last two weeks the drinks have not been right. Pink drink not mixed right, the Choc Almond Espresso was watery. I’m thinking it’s a staff training issue. Before the store was spot in with everything. I hope they up their game.

This location made the iced London Fog perfectly. Most of the other location have messed up. Kudos to the lady who took her time to prepare it correctly. Iced London Fog cannot be rushed.

I Love this location. Staff are always friendly, kind and professional. They should teach other Baristas how to be efficient and kind all at the same time. By far my Favorite Location.

I love this Starbucks!!! I go a few times a week for my winter usual - Peppermint Mocha and a Sugar Plum cheese danish. So delicious!! The staff is always so genuine and kind and the order is always ready astonishingly quickly. I have never had a bad experience here.

We give it a one star! The skinny long hair individual needs to put his or her hair up and not have it swinging around freely over their shoulder. In the last 3 weeks they have made my wifes coffee beverage incorrectly. We enter the store and place our order and are very clear on how we would like our coffee nothing too difficult just whats off the menu. We are very polite and we speak clearly. We understand that Starbucks can be busy trying to meet everyones order but in the process we Believe that they should slow down and take more time to do the job correctly.On Saturday mornings,They are not very friendly. Our orders are always prepared messy and sloppy.

Changing review. visited this Starbucks on July 23rd and ordered a refresher with no water. watched as the refresher was made not from the concentrate box but from a tea pitcher. it seems the staff at the Starbucks is watering down the refresher concentrate and serving that to save time instead of doing it the xorr way. unacceptable

Everyday on my way to work I stop by here and grab my coffee. The lady that gives my coffee is so nice and kind. I think the way they have started to do the whole precautions and taking intiative that the staff and customer is very professional. Honestly, best way to go about it in during these time periods. Being that I work @ the hospital I am grateful to your staff for ensuring that everyone is socially distant and still able to come to Starbucks and get their order and leave kindly. So, Thank You for all that you guys are doing as well. Keep it up!

I have been going to this Starbucks for quite sometime now.The staff is extremely helpful. Even in this COVID situations. They are doing everything to serve the customer better.I decided to write this today because today I saw a customer loose his mind on staff member for a silly reason. But the team handled it very professionally. I felt that they need to be appreciated for what they are doing.

I walked with the intention to buy my coffee using my stars to pay for it. They did better....I was in uniform and they thanked me for my service to the communities and it was on the house. Its not much but it sure was appreciated.

Just took an Uber to do some office work while getting some tires replaced, website says dine in. Store manager and someone else working on their computer in the back not cool!!Update your site!!

Went to Starbucks to get a few drinks for me and my daughter an the whole thing was messed up. We love Starbucks and it’s very delicious and good but the sizes are confusing and we asked for one drink and got something totally different. Disappointed in that order, but overall we love Starbucks!

Ive been here for 20 minutes, and will keep writing this review until I get my coffee. There were only 2 people in front of me, and I still dont have my coffee. This isnt the first time.... it takes at least 20-25 minutes to get anything here. There are only two people behind the counter, and neither of them are on bar making drinks. Still waiting. They are either ringing up customers or Heating up pastries in the oven, while marked cups keep stacking up by the espresso machines sadly waiting to be tended to. Slow, Understaffed, poorly managed. Its a shame, because it used to be such a great store with quick service. Finally Just got my mocha after 25 minutes. Dont get me wrong- The staff are extremely nice and very welcoming and helpful, but unacceptably slow. Just needs to be managed better and sped up.

Starbucks is like any other box retail chain. Too big to have local flavor and everything is formulated. That being said, considering their prices youd think they would think they wouldnt mix up earl grey with black tea but they do. The smell alone should have told them the difference but so much coffee could have dulled the senses. Also, light amount of cream does not mean no cream. If youre addicted to the hype, by all means enjoy the McDonalds of coffee. As a personal preference I will try the local spots to find my caffeine nirvana.

I work in Somerset, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Most of the staff is very friendly and so welcoming. Because of the location, parking can be a bit tough, and it seems they are extremely busy at certain times (mornings and lunch time) but, thats when the mobile ordering app comes in handy, which I LOVE!! I have worked in Somerset for over 8 years now and I have seen seen the staff change so many times in this location but I have never had a problem with any of them or with my orders.See you guys tomorrow!

A very busy Starbucks. The wait for heated products is not helped by the process of piling up warmed items before distributing them to waiting customers. Otherwise, staff are as pleasant as they can be under the circumstances and the coffee is excellent.

Favorite stopover.

There’s more people working than customers and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee. Even people who ordered on the app had to wait. Ridiculous.

No one was helping with mobile orders. They were set behind the counter. A few people were waiting to pick up and none of the 4 people behind the counter bothered to help.

First visit to this Starbucks, and not a bad experience. Good drinks and reasonable service speed. Comfy couches and enough small tangles and a couple high tables. The long table is great for freelancers, but could use a power strip in the table to keep people from tripping over cords.

Good service. Their problem: since they are off of Cedar Grove Lane, one of the main streets of Franklin Twp., everyone goes there. So its always crowded. Good place, but they should definitely stock up on staff so that everyones order comes within at least 45 minutes.

Since management change the people seem to be more interested in playing around and having private conversations rather than waiting in the customers. Thus us the third time in a out two months that my order has been lost and people who have come in behind me are getting their order abs Im still standing around waiting for mine.

Im a long-time customer of this Starbucks. Although there is turnover at times, whoever is hired is always top notch in Customer Service. It is an outstanding spot to get to know your neighbors and you are always treated with respect there. Highly recommended.

The drinks and sandwiches were Great. But look closely at the display case when youre getting your goodies, there were little flies all over the cookies and muffins.

Placed an online order for a breakfast sandwich and a latte. Arrive to pick up and I am told they were sold out of the sandwich but they refunded my card. Check app and of course there is no refund. Told girl I did not get a refund so I will take a different sandwich. Amazingly they had 1 left of the sandwich I originally ordered. I understand the store is busy, but if it’s too busy to handle online orders then don’t accept them! But to think you can just take someone’s money and blow them off because you’re too busy to fulfill there order is unacceptable, especially with the prices they charge!!

Trendy atmosphere, decent amount of seating, and a reasonable wait time for your drink orders. Its less busy during the later evening hours on a weeknight and sees more customer traffic during the day, particularly on the weekends.Its great to hang out with a friend and chat over some lattes. Id recommend it for the seating alone and also theres free Wi-Fi and a few outlets where you can charge your phone and laptop. Just make sure you come in when theres a spot open with an available outlet. ;)

I stop here on my way home all the time. I dont think Ive ever seen this place empty. The staff is nice and good humored. They know their regulars and keep this busy place always running smooth.

Nothing special. Its Starbucks. We go there for the strong coffee that cost more than the local deli. Experience isnt always consistent but we go because of the name/brand. Dunkin, WaWa or Starbucks ... Ill pick Starbucks everyday!

This place is much worse than others. I ordered 2 exactly same iced latte, they made 2 total different drinks, most amazing things are both drinks taste terrible wrong. Will not come back here again.

They Definitely need more staff in the morningsAlso the sitting area is not very functional.The middle giant book shelf hast to go.Only a few tables available and there is a group of guys that every day hug the table by the entrance making hard for other people to sit .Its my own oppinion.

Usually go there early morning to grab a good cup of coffee and review my email from the night before in peace. Its not very crowded early in the morning and I like that. They also have comfy chairs to sit down, unlike many other Starbucks locations nowdays. They are a friendly bunch there as well.

I love Starbucks! I know people who object to the high prices, but it is my understanding that Starbucks gives fair trade prices for their coffee beans. I dont mind paying the extra if the profits are being shared equitably. And my #1 reason to choose Starbucks for my morning cuppa - they have coconut milk for lattes! Yum! The Somerset location is fairly typical. The staff are friendly. There are cozy seating areas where you can chat with friends or hook up to the WiFi and get some work done (thats where I do the payroll on Monday holidays). They have a couple food items that fit my diet - the eggs & cheese protein box and the chicken & quinoa salad are my favorite. Go. Enjoy!

Really liked that this place went above and beyond. They lost my drink order so the barista made me one and they gave me a service recovery card for $4.

I try to avoid this Starbucks as service is usually slow. Employees are friendly but typically takes awhile to receive my latte. Today was unbearably sloooow. I was so close to asking for a regular coffee this morning and losing the money I paid just so I could be on my way. They were putting out a lot of mobile orders so it was super frustrating. Im not one to complain but hope the management reads these reviews and is able to make changes.

One of the best Starbucks I have visited. The only negative I can say is that it no longer has clover brewed coffees or reserve coffees.
