Very helpful people, I was in today to see about a new string trimmer. The folks there are very helpful. Had my mower in for service back in the spring. Great job at a reasonable price.

I clicked 5 stars by mistake, a few minutes ago. Our family was just at this business. There was only one employee that I saw. He was doing something on the computer. He did not say anything or acknowledge my presence in any way. I stood there within 3 ft of him for several minutes. Still no response. I turned and left. If this is the type of service that grasshopper dealers give, then maybe I should buy another brand entirely! I can think of no excuse for the man not to have at least nodded in my direction.

Quick repairs at a low cost....

I dropped off my Redmax trimmer for a carburetor rebuild (or replacement if they saw fit) and to have a new head installed. They called me to let me know it was ready. When i picked it up I noticed that they didnt replace the head. No big deal since they didnt charge me for it. However, when I got home i still couldnt get it to run. Started pulling the carburetor back apart and realized they hadnt even rebuilt the carburetor, yet they charged me for a rebuild kit. A while back my grandfather dropped off an echo trimmer (in running condition) for a tune-up and general service. When he picked it up they told him it was burnt up, and it was no longer in running condition. Dont know how they stay in business. We wont be returning.

Good deal on an echo chainsaw.. Very helpful and friendly staff and owner... They also gave me a very fair quote on a Scag Patriot 61. Yes, I would shop there again and do recommend them.

Bought a used white outdoor riding mower. Checked it out at their shop downstairs it started ran fine and the blades engaged. Brought it home mowed 1 time with it and it dies out so they rigged up the carburetor and told me all sales were final 6 days after purchase. Guys are complete morons

Great service... brought in a chainsaw for repairs... turns out the brake on the chain had been accidentally pushed by me...could not get it to work... fixed ...showed me how to reset it...did not charge me anything... that was a few years ago... I keep going back... Thanks..
