They did a fine job of tuning my machine and rebuilding some parts (instead of replacing the parts), saving me money in the process. I highly recommend Quality Lawn Equipment.

Called around sooo many places trying to find a belt for my husqvarna that he didnt have in stock.Was met with rudeness from so many. Lincoln at quality took the time to order in the parts I needed, was BEYOND polite.Purchased a weedeater from him later on, it had issues. Without hesitation I was taken care of and a brand new one was given to me.Now I simply wont shop ANYWHERE else for any lawn care equipment or parts.Give him a chance and hell earn your business for life!

Matt the owner is very knowledgeably in anything that has a motor and goes outdoors. He is also very polite, respectful, willing to help, and reasonable priced. His mechanic is the bomb very quick and is full of tips and tricks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They know about everything can fix anything and if they dont have it theyll find it for you.

Horrible experience.I needed tires for my gravely zero turn and through a google suggestion found this place. I called in and was asked for the size and told it would be there in 3 to 5 days. Then I was called back and asked the model number the next day so I took my time back to the place, an hour away, and made sure they had all the information required to order these tires. Again told 3 to 5 days. I waited 4 and called again only to be told it would be another 3 to 5 days...I then called locally and found the exact tires I needed and proceeded to obtain a refund for the tires I had yet to receive. They charged me 20 percent to cancel after not keeping up their end of the deal. I did not receive my tires in 3 to 5 days nor was I ever contacted to be informed or would be longer. There appears to be no managment in place and only 2 rude and/or poor educated young men answering the phone and running the store. I warn all to stay away unless you have the time and patience this place requires.

EDIT: Well the honesty of this company only lasted a season. This year they overpriced every aspect of fixing my mowers and have robbed me blind. Now I need to find yet another company. WHAT IS WRONG WITH COMPANIES HERE IN PULASKI COUNTY? No wonder the population is so poor. How can anyone afford any of these services? Or perhaps they only steal from people not born here? Either way you look at it, its bad business. I will NOT deal with them next year. Sadly, theyve lost my trust.(Old review) Its nice dealing with an honest company with good pricing. I had taken my mowers to another company in town and there work and billing is highly suspicious! And when I questioned them on it, they couldnt answer me. I have yet to hear from them and that was in March. Quality Lawn has my business.

Fastest serivice in town. Good prices and friendly staff. Had a cib cadet and xmark worked on there. Both main seals, clutches and 2 hydraulic pumps on lazer Z. Would definitely recommend these guys. Had both my mowers back within a few days.

Ordered parts for 2 tillers a week ago last friday still havent come in and they said they dont place any orders till Wednesday in the middle of the week . Was told my parts wont be in till Monday and I need those parts plus they charge extra if you cancel the order, 20% of the cost of the order!!!!!!!!!
