Menzer is a trim production facility, (base board, crown molding, etc.). I only visited to take a friend lunch, and so I cant offer an opinion. Sorry.

This company fired a man who was 10 minutes late to work because he witnessed a horrible accident and stopped to help an accident victim and to call 911. Their own action demonstrates the type of people running this company more than mere words written by any person.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS ARE RUDE. TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES TERRIBLY AS WELL. IT WASNT UNTIL AFTER MY VISIT THAT I LEARNED THEY FIRED AN EMPLOYEE FOR HELPING A MAN AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT. ITS A SHAME I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR RATHER THAN NONE.

As a driver its a decent place to work, every place has its ups and downs and yes its frustrating. All in all, good people and a great work environment

I got fired for getting pushed by a mexican on the pull line. The mill boss Johnny from Alabama is not the brightest of bosses he tries hard though. The mexican still works there cause hes hispanic. The mexican is named sunday he is fatest puller and hardest worker youl ever meet. He knows that on inside he thinks about it while falling asleep on the line. Overall these are sad uneducated people who make less money then me so i thank you dumb people for the assault.
