Customer service skills = yikes

The store manager was very helpful, polite and worked fast despite being the only employee during a busy time of day. Will def. return to this location again.

Another terribly run Starbucks in a long list of terribly run Starbucks’ in NH.Most notably at this one, they close 15-20 minutes early. Was there at 7:42pm, they were shut down, doors locked, nobody inside except employees.As a traveling salesman, I review every Starbucks I happened upon.Somersworth definitely gets an “F” and has need of immediate management changes.

The blonde girl who works there is amazing. Whenever Im there she is alone and she gets everything done as fast as she can! She is so nice and amazing!

Today they were training a girl on cash register and she was obvious nervous but she did so great and my friend and i walked out with the best Starbucks drinks weve ever had in our lives. great job!!

No food, espresso machine was down. Not the best experience with this location.

I prefer Carpe Diem gourmet coffee any day. I dont especially like paying $4 for a cup of coffee. And whats with the whip cream, I said: no thank you. 👎👎
