My daughter in law and I visited the aroma Joes on high st in somersworth. The 2 girls working at 10am were absolutely wonderful they were shorted staff but you could NOT tell from their attitudes they should be rewarded for there attention to detail and for their workmanship. GREAT JOB GIRLS YOU MADE OUR DAY.

The drive-thru line took 20 minutes but it was due to lack of staff. Staff was apologizetic about the wait. Kudos to the employees working who did their best with a good attitude despite the situation. Coffee was amazing as usual!!

The prices are not worth the wait in line. they have nothing prepared, so waiting behind just 4 cars is a 20 min wait. the staff is just kids, and they have no concept of time. worst place ever...all of them

Would be 5 stars but I honestly believe you should have a 3 drink, maaaaybe 4 drink maximum in the drive thru. For one customer to hold up the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes because she was too lazy to get out of her car and go in to order 5 drinks is ridiculous. Employees are awesome but I think we need to get back to the drive thru being for quick orders

Went to the drive thru on Christmas Eve during my break at work. I was worried about the wait time as there were at least 10 cars in front of me. I was out of there in 15 minutes, and my order of 4 drinks was ready much quicker than I expected. Workers here are fast and friendly! This isn’t my usual aroma joes but I will definitely be back :)

Tried to order a bagel 40 minutes before they closed and was told I’m not allowed to becuase they already shut their ovens off. Why list things on your menu and be open if you’re not willing to make the items on it.

There can be zero other cars in the drive through,nobody inside and you will be here for anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes for a single iced coffee. Usually on the higher end.I can drive out of my way to another aroma Joes and get a coffee and be back on track before this location could make my order. You are also stuck in the drive through as they figure out how to traverse the 20ft of obstacle course Labyrinth between the two windows with your coffee.

Girls are always smiling so early in the morning. Even when they are short handed, they still serve you quickly still 😃.

Drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a different aroma joes, this one is extremely slow

Better than Dunks!

Went inside because the line was long, a woman in front of me was having a difficult time with her door dash order which is fine, but as the girl at the counter helped her I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for one of the other 4 girls to help me. Sadly I left with nothing because no one could be bothered to say “one moment please” or “ I’ll be right with you.” No acknowledgement what so ever that I was standing there while multiple people went through the drive through line.

Coffee is extremely weak. They put way too much cream in an iced coffee that ends up looking like milk. If youre really a coffee aficionado this is not the place for you.

They have the best Rushs they can make any flavor pretty much it would be 5 stars if It wasnt so expensive

Coffee and selection is good. Fancy sandwiches offered through drive up make it painfully slow. XL hot coffee with no extras is $3.22, too high. Rewards stamp card program gone. Not worth it anymore

Id give them 5 stars because their iced coffee is so consistently delicious but the staff isnt as consistently kind, nor are they reasonable when it comes to washing hands, washing cloths that wipe areas and then tops of cups 😳🤯, and the pastries are often dry. But I do love them when the staff are friendly and clean!

My favorite coffee place in the area. The staff is well trained and cheerful. Dont expect high end barista level skill here this place is here to shame the likes of Dunkins. This one is kinda unique as its not the typical AJs kiosk its a full on cafe and is a great place for a casual meeting. Side note their bagels are some of the best in the area and I believe are delivered from NYC regularly.

Their coffee has much more flavor and better tasting than DDs by💯%!

Staff is awesome!!!ONLY REASON I made a 4 star instead of 5 is the pepper jack biscuit is discontinued. So depressing!!! My favorite! But they are looking for an alternative so Ill give them that :)
