I needed to have driver side rear door repaired from hit and run. Called Paul and he told me to come in for an estimate that day. He was able to promptly make the repair, assist me to obtain a rental car at a fair by price and had the work done in 2 days. My car looks new and the cost was below anyone else’s price. His customer service is beyond what one expects. This was truly a great experience and restored my faith in people want to do good. Thanks so much for all your kindness and expertise

I was looking for an auto body shop to install a window that I had purchased online into my cargo van. Carneiro was one of the few places that didnt turn me away on account of not having purchased the window through them. They installed in and were great to work with and gave me a good price.Two months afterward, I noticed that the window was leaking. I called up Paul and told him. Even though a couple months had passed, he remember the vehicle, told me to come down, and he ordered more sealant, took the van back for a day, and resealed the window without charge for the fix.I was very happy that he was willing to make it right and not wash his hands of it once I was out the door.

Paul and Angel did an absolutely outstanding job on my 2014 Dodge Charger. After replacing the spark plugs and ignition coil this thing runs like it’s brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Carneiro did a great job replacing the rear shocks in my car. They quickly identified the problem and performed all the work in a timely manner. My car also has aftermarket rims and wheels which other car shops thought were causing the issue. Paul and co. took the time to figure out the root of the problem which was greatly appreciated.

If it weren’t for them, I’m not sure how I would have navigated going through the process of car repairs due to an accident not being claimed under my insurance. I got some paint work done on my classic Jaguar and Paul was awesome ! He was upfront about the cost and even addressed a couple of issues on the body without me even asking for it ! That’s the kind of service I wish everyone in this business would provide. The quality of work is very high and fairly priced. I would strongly recommend anyone to take their cars here for bodywork - you will not be disappointed.

My wife left the car in for an insurance job had the car almost a month then returned it with incorrectly fitted rear bumper and lights returned it and although the owner acknowledged this and talked a good job I cannot recommend this auto repair shop as he had a second attempt to correct things and although it’s better I can honestly say I would not use again.

My experience was more than I couldve asked for. Two people had hit my car within a matter of a week and a half, so you can imagine how frustrating it was. Especially when I had NO idea about what shop to go to. Paul went above and beyond with his team. And to top things off he was genuinely friendly!! Im hopeful that I do not go back any time soon, but if the unfortunate does happens I will be only going to Carneiros Auto.
