John and the team at K & L Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Subaru, which needed work on the rear bumper as well as calibration of the blind spot monitor. The entire process was quick and easy, from scheduling the estimate and subsequent repair. John was very responsive and easy to work with and the job was completed quickly, despite a snowstorm that dropped 2 of snow early in the week. Friendly and honest. I hit a deer and they fixed the car so it was better than it was before (I swear they also fixed something else with my car). They had the repairs done before their quoted time, at the quoted price. Definitely recommend.

K & L went above and beyond in repairing my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and their time estimate was right on the money. In addition to repairing my passenger rear dent and 1.5 foot long scratch, they fixed a an old scratch on my front bumper. They also were able to go over the custom stripes on my lines, which was an added plus and apparently a very difficult task! Good professionalism, documentation and work was done by these guys. My interior and exterior look better than they did before my car was the victim of a hit and run. So overall it was a huge win for everyone!

Very professional, courteous and well analyzed/documented and honest service. I am always afraid of auto-body work since the people I have met in that line of work sometimes lose sight of customer service and honesty. These folks are a dream - I would take any one of my cars there for auto-body work, no questions asked. Clearly the public knows - they are booked up weeks in advance.

Perfect job on a large side scratch for a reasonable price

K&L was recommended by both my insurance company and the persons company who backed into my car. They did an estimate with no problem, made an appointment to fix my car, and the repair was done earlier than expected. The work was excellent - you cant see where the damage was - and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good people quick repair

I needed to get my car inspected after adding collision to my insurance, and was referred to K&L to get a routine inspection to prove to the insurance company there was no damage prior to adding the collision coverage. I called to make an appointment, and they said there was no availability this week and to go somewhere else. I said that Id like an appointment then for the next week, but they said it wasnt possible to make an appointment. I contested that it didnt make sense that they say they are full even though they dont take appointments and he hung up on me! The entire conversations, the employee seemed very aggravated that I was even calling their shop asking for their service.
