Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress. I don’t normally bother with reviews like this. But man our sales person was awesome. His name was Anse St Louis, and he was great. He was like a comedian, cracking jokes, making me laugh. I was sore in my stomach from laughter. He had a great personality and really brightened up what otherwise could have been a very dull or stressful experience. I was legitimately having fun and enjoying trying out the mattresses. In addition to being such a cool guy and making the experience fun, he was just good at what he was doing. He was good with making sure I tried out different mattresses so I wouldn’t regret my pick, very knowledgeable about what was in them and why they felt the way they did. And understood too that I was on a budget and was able to apply some discounts I happened to qualify for. He clearly explained the return policy and other policies of the store such as a payment plan option, delivery options, he made the whole thing easy. Had a very good experience, honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had, and I don’t like to shop, so that’s saying something!

I came in with a warranty claim on my 3 year old mattress and Louie was extremely helpful and guided me not only through some of the latest features and demos but will helping me use my credit to get a new mattress and some extras. Great customer service Louie, thank you!

Called ahead for a queen split box spring to pick up. When I returned to my apartment, I realized they had mistakenly given me a king split box spring. Called back and sorted it out and Mattress Firm gave me a better model of box spring because it was all they had in stock. Overall good experience and friendly people

Large showroom with a wide selection of mattresses from many companies. Steve who sold us a mattress and adjustable stand that fit our budget thanks to the Thanksgiving Black Friday sale (which is in effect before black Friday?!). Went here after disappointing selection at Casper in the mall. Looking forward to its delivery. They even have a 4 month return policy which is nice.

I walked in knowing what I wanted and was supported to the end. Yvon was superb in his expertise on all things in the store. He was patient and helped me to get what I wanted. So thankful and will be going back for all sleep related needs

Anse was amazing. He never tried to force me into buying a higher priced mattress, but gave me the time to try out all the mattresses that caught my fancy.He even tried to find me deals and ways to make my purchase cheaper.He also arranged with the mattress company and my landlord to have my bed delivered when I was out of the country and couldnt receive any phone calls. My mattress was waiting for me exactly in the position and location of my bedroom that I wanted.10/10 would definitely recommend.

Anse is simply amazing! My boyfriend and I moved into a new apartment recently. After a shipping error at a different store, it looked like we were going to be sleeping on the floor for a week. What a fiasco, however Anse came to our rescue, he was very understanding of our situation. He worked with our budget and gave us a great mattress at a great price. Go here! You won’t regret it!

Anse is an absolute life saver! Another mattress store had messed up the shipping of my mattress on my move in day and told me I’d have to wait another week to get my mattress, Anse was able to get me a much better mattress at the same price as the mattress I had originally tried to get, and I was able to walk out that day with it. Moving is stressful enough as is, so the idea of going without a mattress for a week was a huge let down, Anse totally saved the day and I can’t recommend this store enough! I’m a life long customer now!

It was an absolute pleasure being served by Anse. He delivered good service and knew his mattresses at his fingertips. I ended up buying a mattress from him and even though it wasnt available at his store, he pulled the strings to have it available for pick-up from a nearby store.He was also very firm in dealing with an unruly visitor to the store - I applaud him for his professionalism.

Excellent experience! The service is incredible. Mr. Howard Schmidt, the manager, is very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also has a great skill many sales people lack: LISTENING! He pays attention to your explanation of what your looking for and then suggests several choices, clearly pointing out the differences in quality, price, duration, feel (firmness), materials, technologies, etc. Extremely satisfied with the service. The mattress will be available for pick up tomorrow, so availability, delivery, pickup is really quick too. Highly recommended place to buy your mattress, bedding accessories and the like.

Purchased a new mattress, box spring and some pillows this past weekend. Everything was delivered smoothly up a difficult stairway in a downtown apartment with no parking!Very positive experience--we were able to try and buy in reasonable amount of time without any pressure and were all set up in less than a week. Would definitely buy here again and recommend.

I purchased my mattress 1 month ago and it was the easiest buyers experience Ive ever encountered. The sales associate, Howard, was extremely helpful and catered to showing me options in my price range, without sacrificing comfort. Recently moved into my house and needed a mattress ASAP and he was able to have it delivered around my work schedule that Monday. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

We have purchased three beds from Mattress Firm in the past year. We have worked closely with Howard Schmidt, the manager in Somerville,Ma., and he guided us to what we feel were excellent choices for our budget and comfort. We are very happy with our selections and appreciate the smooth delivery and set up of our beds. He also alerted us to specials that the store was promoting on bedding and bed protectors. We never realized what we were missing until our beds arrived!

Zuem Jigba was the best customer service person ever. I did wait 40 minutes while he was with another customer, however they were just being difficult. So once it was my turn some ignorant woman walked in told me she had a question to ask him I obliged she then told him she wanted to pick up an order. He asked for her slip which she didn’t have then proceeds to get on her email. I then said I’ve been waiting you need to wait your turn as there was other people waiting to be serviced before her. So she got mad told Zuem Zigba that she was going to report him to his manager. Makes me angry that because she was rude she was going to take it out on him. As I told her it must be nice to be important but it’s more important to be nice. Off in a huff she went. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just want to compliment Zuem Jigba from the Somerville store on Friday, August 23. He had many customers and was doing his best to accomodate everyone. We waited 45 minutes for him to finish with a customer, then it was our turn. Out of the blue comes this customer demanding service, cutting off all the other people waiting . He was very respectable to her explained that there were people before her. She demanded he help her and when he didnt, she indignantly walked out and said shed call his manager. She wanted to carry the mattress herself, but since she was pregnant he thought she might get hurt and asked her nicely to wait. He needed more help on a sale weekend and you should be proud to have him work for you.his. Est d a rude

Had a great experience purchasing my mattress here, Anderson was very friendly and helped me get the best deal on my mattress. I also had a gnarly cough so he offered me cough drops which was very nice.

Went in looked around the salesperson was on the phone when I arrived. Never acknowledged my being there. Ended her phone call and still did not acknowledge me. Took another phone call. At that point I left. Will not go back there again.

Good deal Howard Schmidt was the best salesman on a whole setup. However when the frame came it was damaged it wasnt damaged in the so it appears the delivery guys scratched everything up but still pleasant buy just really scratched up.
