This place has so many back issues that I was happy to find some cool stuff. Prices were decent. Got manga for the kids, too. Huge toy and action figure stock. I dont collect them but there was a big back room devoted to it. Staff were friendly, too! Totally recommend!

Recently moved to this part of town and stumbled upon this awesome comic store. As one of the long-time patrons told me, “this place is dangerous!” The amount of action figures, comic books, action figures and toys for all ages, including vintage stuff, is positively overwhelming. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to give an introductory tour. As someone relatively new to the comic culture, I feel like I’ve just discovered a magical treasure cave. Will be returning for more!

Im not free the area but when I get a chance I make my way to Comikaze every time. Always fun to browse and find new things here. Never have I ever walked away empty handed at this shop, literally something for everybody in any sort of fandom.

I am writing this review to all the Star Wars fans out there. Comicazi is the one of the best shops in the galaxy. So many amazing Star Wars toys and comics and books. Go, if only to gaze at their hoard of treasures in wonder.

Staff is only friendly if giving orders. Retail toys found currently in target are double the price here. They have no idea about anything comic book related. I dont know how they make money being this way. I love comics and its just sad that the people here are so awful. I swear they only act nice just to see if youll spend something. How about getting out of the way so people can look and buy something. Well the clock is ticking on a business like this. Go in at your own risk.

It is hard to find a better place for comics in Cambridge/Boston. A huge collection of comics (buy and sell them), figurines, themed toys and such. Great staff significant collection of Star Wars and Star Trek material. Daily activities. Must go if you like comics.

Theres comics, comics, and more Comics, action figures, cards, an other stuff. They also have matchbox, hot wheels and Cars as well as other toy cars. I purchased a couple of those and a couple comics and that was only the front half of the store

Great Store loved going there for years until a few bad experiences. Hopefully the extremely condescending guy with the english accent doesnt work there anymore. Nothing worse then buying the comics you like and being made to feel small about the dorky stuff you love. Bringing my son there in a few months to buy his first comics. I just hope the stores changed and isnt like that anymore

Walking in this store made me feel like a kid again. I never knew about this place. I just happened to be in neighborhood. All my childhood toys, comics, manga and knickknacks on shelves and display cases. I love it.

Really cool comic store in Davis Square. They have a TON of old, retro action figures and plushies, too, which is pretty rad to check out. The prices seemed fair and the staff were awesome! Ill definitely swing by again the next time Im in town.

Decent comic shop. Messy but good variety. Watch what you buy because some of the stuff is used. They do buy stuff from you but they pay very cheep and sell very expensive.

I came in and asked for a board game recommendation. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and took a lot of time and care helping me to consider which game would be best for my interests.

Came in here a few times a few years ago, looking to buy. That got shut down almost immediately. As I was flipping through some comics, I got told by the same associate that the place wasnt a library, and I had to buy something or leave. Granted, I did stop every few pages to look at some of the pages, but thats about all I was doing. They are also biased towards Pokemon and Magic the Gathering. I never saw so much as a booster pack of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, so Yu-Gi-Oh players, avoid this place.If you want a quality comic store experience, go literally anywhere else.

They have a great selection of comics, games, collectibles, and random stuff for most comic/anime fans.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions we had.If youre looking for a place to go for comics and collectibles, Comicazi is definitely worth a visit.The only issue we had was finding parking. We ended up parking way down the street and around the corner. But hey, it is Boston and you know, gotta get those steps in.

This is a really cool comic store. The selection is massive and the toys/miniatures they had for sale stabbed me right in the nostalgia bone. Its the kind of place you go into and could get lost in for a few hours. I got a few comics Ive been hunting for at very reasonable price points. 10/10, keep up the awesome job.

Comicazi is a great blend of old-school comic and hobby shop. They have a great selection of comics, books, games and other interesting collectibles. They also run some fun events throughout the week. The owner also seems to be a pretty good guy, very friendly and welcoming. They also do a really good job here of feeling accessible to both the serious collectors and gamers as well as the random person who wanders in with no knowledge of anything. Overall my favorite comic and game shop.

Vintage and nostalgic toys plus comic books

Absolutely fantastic place! My daughter has just started collecting comic books and I found this place online. With all the great reviews we decided to take a ride there. The owner spent so much time with us explaining so many things to my daughter and he was amazing!! We are definitely coming back!Definitely go here it is so worth it!

Comicazi is a fantastic, local business. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I dabble in comics, video games, and board games, remember fondly my childhood GI Joes and Transformers, but Im not able to rattle off any kind of knowledge about any of those things. Despite that, I feel extremely comfortable going to Comicazi. Check it out!

I’ve been to this store a handful of times with my husband, brother in-law and sister in-law. We’re all avid collectors of different tastes but thought that coming to this store would satiate all of our collective appetites, I was wrong. I myself keep getting stared down as if I am some common thief. I also purchased a living dead dolls fashion victim that came with a broken off hand. It’s no wonder it was marked down to $25. My husband purchased four Friday the 13th blood bath comics, asked one of the associates before purchasing if they were in a certain order and what issue they were. She replied, that she didn’t know much about it herself and assumed the order they were in. When my husband got home and was excited to read them he realized they were all the same issue just with different covers. Needless to say he spent $90 for the same comic just four different covers. As for my brother in-law he was snapped at, basically being told once he was doing looking at the spawn comics and any other figure or comic, to put them back in the order he found them in or he would be charged DOUBLE for putting them back out of place. One of the associates (the same man that snapped at him) explained that that is what they do to EVERYONE that comes into their store and disorganizes any of the merchandise that is there. I don’t know about you, but if you’re looking to purchase a $8 comic and somehow misplaced the other comics before or after it, from where you found it, so expect to be charged $16 for the total purchase exchange. Not to mention that it is extremely biased towards certain graphic material, comics, etc., There’s not much for anime or manga lovers such as my sister in-law along with the fact there were dragon ball crystals that were blue instead of the traditional yellow, and that was obviously out of the question for any collector or anime enthusiast. I don’t recommend shopping her or even stepping foot into this toxic, disorganized and stuffy environment. Take your business elsewhere.

I absolutely love this little treasured find. It doesnt just sell Comics but a lot of collectible toys. Theres always a lot of people that working. They want to see some very stuffed and everybody is very informative and answers questions that any of us customers have without feeling like were bothering them which is always a major plus to me. I really love all the items and the people are great

Saw an item advertised online at a set price. called the store to confirm the price, asked about shipping and was told to email somebody else who waited a day to reply and then raise the price over $400. Scam, fraudulent and price gouging. I will pass this on.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, and the big thing for me was: theyve got an extensive collection of toys, as well as other choice collectable items, and theyre both in display, and also reasonably priced, in my opinion. Great store, definitely recommend the experience to anyone whos interested in that media at all!

They have lots of comics, action figures, books, cards, etc. The staff are pretty helpful and its almost like a nerd museum. Theres a good selection and some good deals to be found. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is amazing! Besides the comics, it has a huge selectionold toys, almost every one I can remember from my childhood and from my kids growing up. They should almost charge a museum fee for the nostalgia of walking around and having a look, but I guess Im glad they dont. I just hope places like this survive the Amazon area because there really is nothing else like it.

Fantastic store. I was looking for the original teenage mutant ninja turtle toys from when I was a kid to give to my kids as they are big turtle fans. They had more than I was expecting for great prices and in excellent shape and condition. It brought back some awesome memories and watching my kids play with them now makes me even happier. I would recommend thos store to anyone. They have everything from the turtles to GI Joe, to Transformers, etc. If you are looking for that nostalgia feeling, go down and see them.

These guys are a great local comic and board game retailer. Always have fun events going on every other night or so.Its always great to pop in and see what theyve got in stock or going on when wandering about Davis. Their recent expansion has given them a lot of room to work with.Definitely check it out.

A solid shop with a staff that epitomizes the title hero. Always there to assist, to talk about comics, moves, tv or just to chat. I moved miles away but still go out of my way to call this shop my comic retreat. I couldnt love this shop more, its definitely like family.

Comicazi is the best comic shop I have been to, hands down. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable -- if the staff member you are talking with has not read something, they can very likely point you to someone who has. I have moved far enough away that I cannot stop in regularly as easily, but it is always a treat when I can stop in.
