Awesome location, print shop employees were super helpful, kind, and delivered well before estimated time.

Very good customer service. Was very pleased with how professionally they service customers. I had to call for an ipad and had to travel more than an hour if its available. The lady who attended my call and serviced at the store was very helpful and pleasant. Its quite hard to take customer calls during these busy times and I would have understood even if they cant, but she understood my situation and helped out. Thanks.

It is located in assembly square shopping plaza. It is easy to park the car and commute to.

The manager helped us buy a chair here today and I have to say the experience was extraordinarily pleasant. The store itself is a really nice, much nicer than any staples I’d ever been to. They had a nice selection of chairs, and the woman that helped us was just a delight. She kept her distance for the social distancing and was helpful and prompt. It’s just a simple chair, but what a nice experience. Just wasn’t expecting it.

I went to Staples yesterday for a work printer. I had picked one thinking it would be a good fit and Deanna helped me pick out a better one. She was so knowledgeable and knew what my needs were. She gave me a quick run down of what I needed in order to get it set up and set expectations on how long it would take. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She even enlisted in another employee to help carry my items out and he did it with a smile and he was respectful and professional. Great Staples. Even though Assembly is a zoo 100% of the time, I would recommend this site for good customer service. DEANNA YOU ARE AMAZING.

Theyre constantly remodeling the store and because theyre so customer friendly the stores always busy. Theres a bit of a wait but its worth the trip. I rely on them to handle my UPS packages, to this date still havent had an issue. Highly recommend Staples.

My adult son needed business cards printed promptly, to attend a business event. I spoke on the phone with Kirsten, in the print shop. She helped me select card stock and provided instructions for ordering online. The cards were printed in just three hours. This is outsranding service.

I have been there a few times the last couple of weeks & must say the entire shopping experience vs your old format makes it a wonderful place to shop & want to shop - staff have always been helpful but a bit more so now - my purchase price might be low on dollar amount but new look & feel makes it a want to vs do I really need to- I would spend some dollars on ads & get the word out & it should help the bottom line as we come out of the current economic times.

Easy to find what Im looking for.

Big, well lit store. Its easy to find what supplies Im looking for. I usually dont have to wait in line for very long. I enjoy looking at all the office supplies and school supplies even though I rarely need to buy any for myself.

I call and the guy who answered put me on hold and forgot that I was there. Bad service

I needed to have a science presentation poster printed within the next day to meet a deadline. Mark was of great assistance and very patient with some formatting issues I had. Besides being very knowledgeable, he gave me advice on creating a more professional poster in the future. Although there were some technical difficulties with the printer, Mark ensured that my poster was printed on time, as promised. Thank you for your great service, Mark!

I went to Staples because I had urgent papers I needed faxed I also used their computer... I knew there would be a charge. ... BUT almost $90.00 WT@#...You know!! I am disabled and if the paperwork wasnt time sensitive!! It was 40 pages .... the Library would of been $20.00 and no fees for the computer... I was so stressed I didnt think of Library until it was to late!!! STAPLES should be ashamed!!! I will never even purchase a pencil in this store again!!

The cartridge for the fax machine needed to be changed but that did not matter I was in and out of there quickly thanks to Joanne she was very helpful and professional its a good set up there thanks again Joanne whenever I need to send a fax or anything that Staples offers Ill be sure to go there.

When I was buying a computer there I felt like they used my lack of knowledge about computers against me by saying stuff like it wont work without word (you have to pay for a year long membership) and it wont work without security (had to pay for that too) my trials for that stuff have ran out months ago and it works fine. I should have known better. Id give them a higher rating if they didnt do that because overall I love the store but I highly dislike how they used their knowledge against customers

I ordered business cards and there were some production issues. I was leaving on business trip early the next day and needed them to bring with me. The manager, on duty, Devian, went above and beyond to make sure that I had the cards for my trip and even offered to come in early (before store opened) the next morning to make sure I received them. Fortunately, they were able to have them ready before the store closed the night before so I had them for my trip. Devian provided excellent customer service and turned a unhappy customer into a loyal supporter of staples. Thank you Devian!!!

I really love shopping here for supplies. Its one of the best places and not only is it the best for their low prices, but it is also not far from my home. I mostly love shopping here for the back to school sales because a lot of stuff is just a couple of dollars. This place is really one of the best places this is my number one place to shop for school supplies before target.

It was very nice. Walked around casually looking at prices on different things, looked for specific items. Was greeted by a couple of employees asking if we needed help with anything.

The print shop at this Staples is efficient and speedy. Every time I order from here they always have it done before the due date. Would highly recommend!

The worst Staples. Customer Service did not want to help with a simple task, it seemed like I was bothering the staff by asking them to do their jobs. They have also not adhered to sales that they have advertised in their store both times that I have been in. Also, the selection is limited, and the prices are very expensive. You’re better off ordering from Target/Walmart/Amazon.

Oh, wow! I like this Staples location. It is rock and roll locatino among Staples stores. Super good customer service. I enjoy coming here and buy paper clips and envelops. They have good scotch and double tape!

Able to get what I need, but not the best price.

Shopping at this store was a nightmare. If you bought something, say a laptop or a printer, they would try EVERYTHING (literally everything) to urge you to buy plans, software, ink, etc... u name it. And how? The sales assistant, cashier, and even the store manager will surround u and make u feel awkward and embarrassed if you say NO THANK U! Cant believe nowadays Staples are using disgusting sales tactics like that.

Customer services can be improved. Xerox machines are horrible while trying to print files with over 25 MB. I spent 20 min there and no one could offer real answers about the inability of the machines to print a bigger file.
