This store is very rude and racist how dare them discriminate against me. I asked for assistance and the store manager could not assist me she claims because she was trying to finish stocking shelves and replacing stickers. I even asked the cashier to explain something in the store to me and he totally ignored me and blew me off I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life and I will definitely be filing a complaint for discrimination against this particular location it really makes no sense how you can be little someone the way they did to me today and they can really kiss my services goodbye along with the pharmacy I would never be returning to this location again

Out of all the rude, anal, compassion lacking pharmacists in this area, these guys win the prize. I hate all Rite Aids, even more than I hate CVS and Walgreens. I now go to a pharmacy in Kenilworth where the pharmacist goes out of his way for me, saving me money with coupons and sometimes driving my medication to my house. For shame on you all you hard-hearted robot pharmacists at Rite Aid, but especially in Somerville.

If you are in a rush. Do not go here! Staff is friendly! Extremely slow service!!

The manager should do something because they are all racists and have no way to treat customers are some people without education
