From the moment we stepped into the show room it was a wonderful experience!!! From not knowing we were getting anything to walking out with several furnished rooms! Kelly was the best, so sweet. She was so helpful in picking out fabrics and very patient with us while we were all over the place with ideas! We were in the store for nearly half the day and Kelly made us feel welcome the entire time! I am sure we were driving her crazy moving furniture around the show room to see what looked good.... I really cant thank her enough for everything she did for us!! We will definitely be back!!

I had a great in-store experience with Julie a designer in the Sommerville location. She was very low key - no pressure - very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a chair which looks amazing. You can absolutely tell the difference when you buy quality pieces. I was interested in a couple other pieces and forgot what they looked like. Julie sent me pictures, and after speaking with me; ordered them to be delivered to my home. Very impressed.

My wife and I went Shopping for a new bed at the local Stickley Audi store in Somerville NJ. We walked in and was amazed at the beautiful selection of furniture. Julie our Salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and very customer oriented. Manager Mark provided a warm Welcome to the store and the store history. Initially we came to purchase a new bed but with Julie guidance and knowledge we also bought a Sofa and will be visiting the Store for future purchases.

She came out to the house with samples and was very patient while we agonized over the final decision. The end result was outstanding. Highly recommend working with these folks for any and all furniture needs.

We recently purchased a sofa, ottoman, entertainment center, and lamps from the Somerville store. We took advantage of the complimentary home visit to provide a floor plan and fabric selections. Penny provided us with two floor plans and great furniture and lamp selections. The fabric selections were chosen with our rug and paint colors in mind and look perfect. My only suggestion would be to revise the pricing so that there is not a separate delivery charge. I realize delivery is not free, but by slightly adding to the cost of the furniture there would not be a need for a separate charge.

Love my new furniture, it is everything I wanted it to be and more. I will be enjoying it for many years. Shari was a joy to work with she was so helpful and kind. I can’t wait to decorate my next room with her.

My husband and I shopped at Stickley Audi &Co at the Somerville location. The store is nicely laid out with a good selection of Stickley on display. The two employees in the store were busy that day but still made time for us to let us know of the current sales and also to answer our questions. We worked with Julie to put together an order but we wanted to double check some room dimensions. She was happy to get the order form all filled out and double check details with me a couple days later when we were ready to order. A good experience so far! I would shop here again!

I was 110% happy with my shopping experience at the Stickley Audi store in Somerville, NJ. My designer, Lisa, came to my home several times with samples making it so easy to make the right choices. After my furniture was delivered she returned to see how it all turned out. I just ordered an ottoman and will soon be ordering a custom rug - all with the help of Lisa. Best furniture buying experience ever.

I recently worked with Lisa at Stickly. Lisa was so patient and supportive. She assisted me with finding just the perfect items for our home. The quality of the dining chairs and (made to the inch specifications) upholstered settee are superior and better than I/we imagined!!

Last month we went to just look and we fell in love with a Morris bustleback chair. The designer Lisa was awesome and offered to come out to our home to help us arrange and decide how our living room would work. The service is free. We bought the chairs and used Lisas design to move everything around. We also will use the colors she suggested. Furthermore we went to the grand opening and met some of the best people. If youre looking for great furniture that will last and a person who goes that extra step, visit the Stickley Audi store in Somerville. You will find that the designers and managers are the best.

Pricey but worth it !

We purchased a Stickley mission style leather Sofa with the two end seats that recline as well at a matching recliner (manual). They look beautiful, but the cushions are not properly filled so they are extremely uncomfortable and look sloppy. Furniture at this price should be properly filled. A repair man was sent out in July to assess it and recommended replacing the padding on all the cushions (seats and backs). Upon followup we learned the recliner chair cushions are in but the rest should be available mid October. Ive sent an email to several people and am still waiting for a response. Were so disappointed with the customer service and with the product at this point. (When the pieces were initially delivered we had to call for repair because on side of the sofa was not closing all the way.) This is not what we expected from Stickley. We hate the furniture as is and are anxious to have it remedied. If it isnt fixed to our satisfaction, we plan to put it on ebay and but something more comfortable and Im sure less expensive.
