Went yesterday to order cupcakes for today and person working in bakery was not very helpful. First time experiencing that kind of behavior from staff. Normally staff are very helpful

It was horrible..the store has no items.. I went there to try it and I will never go back..I will continue to go to my local shoprite in East Windsor.. it is the so much better .

This place has good variety of fresh foods to grab and eat at home. Good sushi, and good chinese food.

Shop-Rite has really stepped up their game. This is one of the two S-Rs I shop, depending on what side of town Im on. Owned by the same family / company and theyre doing a great job.

Store well organized with management team ready to attend to you for help. The personnel is jovial. The store is very spacious.

I used to love their prepared blackened salmon and prepared broccoli rabe, but lately, theres barely any seasoning on the salmon and today, the broccoli rabe was downright horrible; zero garlic and it actually tasted bad/old. I had to throw it out. I am guessing a new chef is working here. Someone needs to oversee whats going on and train properly.

THIS SHOPRITE IS AWESOME BUT NEED ENTIRETY NEW STAFF AT THE SUSHI PART, THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL ON MANY OCCASIONS, MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING AND HAS BEEN NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES.. BUT OVERALL GREAT PLACE.

Shop rite is my favorite store, but in this location the manager stole about 50$ worth of items while “looking at my cart” as I went to get more water. I’ll still visit but different location.

This Shoprite is the best! So clean, friendly people, has everything you need, and prices are greatI went to get a cake at the Bakery and some muffins and the people working there were so nice, and the selection and quality of the baked goods were fantastic which is important to me.I also had to go shopping for a kids party and was impressed with the toy aisle, they had a great selection of Hot Wheels cars and Beanie Babies, among other great toys and games.

Very friendly all around that I gotta say the pharmacy I love Harrow they become personal and theyre always there sometimes more concerned than some doctors so my appreciation goes on and on and thats always a pleasure seeing the group... Now as for Walgreens again all the employees are always willing and happy to help never feel like Im intruding are bothering them and they go full out of their way to find something that even though they might and have it they still want to make the customer happy. This is how I felt since I start going which was about 13 years ago so keep it up much appreciated and by the way the stores always spotless🤙

If you care about your health DO NOT shop here! Went in 2 days ago and several shoppers DID NOT have masks on! I get that some of the senior citizens shoppers dont wear one but theres no excuse. Even telling staff doesnt help because they dont do anything. We are almost in a 4th wave of the Coronavirus, PLEASE SHOPRITE, do your part and make sure your shoppers wear masks

I went to the store at 6:30, not that late. I couldnt find the ground beef that was on sale, so I tried to find someone to help me. There was no one at the meat counter, even though the schedule said it was open until 8:00. I went to customer service and asked for help. They paged someone to go to the meat department, but no one came.Not good service for a World Class ShopRite!

Always been a shoprite shopper. This is my least favorite Ive ever been to and unfortunately dont have other grocery options as close. Its very convenient. My biggest issue is their produce and stocking. They are always out of something, and many of the products are not close to fresh. The picture of the onions are what they look like EVERY time. Its a very disappointing location.

I love the healthy food aisle and that they always have stuffed crust pizza in stock

Parking is difficult. Very crowded on a Saturday. Then again it is a holiday weekend.

Shopping early in the morning right after opening is the best time for me, however, you may not find items that youre looking for because the aisles are cluttered with deliveries that havent been unpacked.

Got sushi late at night and when I went to self check out it didnt ring up the discount. Luckily someone was able to do it manually for me

These workers are doing all they can to get you out fast with everything going on. Line was wrapped around to the back of the store by the frozen items.

Customer service was helpful (I dont recall their names). Deondre was helpful as well with finding items as well-de didnt mind taking time to be sure I found items.

This location used to be a Pathmark. I come here sometimes after it became Shoprite. Pretty neat for its shopping layout and it also locates so close to the station... Very convenient for shopping after work..

World class ShopRite. Has a wonderful bakery selection and natural foods/ health section. And all the checkout associates are friendly and helpful.

Fast, easy, and no problems even in the middle of a snowstorm.

The parking lot is a mess but the store itself is worth it. Organized and well stocked. Their to go food is a treat.

Ok so at the end of the day, yes, it’s a grocery store. BUT, it’s clean, incredibly well-stocked, and has the most efficient deli department I have ever experienced. Like if the deli manager ran for president- I’d vote for them, THAT is how well-run that deli department is. 🙏

Rockin and boppin them older rock tunes. Love shoprite. The food is fresh, the employees are kind and seem happy to be there as everyone rushes around to find all they need, working their way to the door. Not a circus like some other places.

Shoprite never failed me. It surely is a one stop shopping.

My experience at customer service can be horrible depending on who is working there. The customer service and even management can be disconcerned about customer complaints. If you believe the idea that the customer is always right, then Saker Shop Rite in Somerville, NJ does not seem to share that idea, or business model.

For the most part, in stock is great. I can usually get what I need when I visit.

This is what Shoprite calls World-Class Shoprite - essentially bigger and more choices but nothing fancy at all. All World-Class Shoprite has the same layout, therefore if youve been one, you know the rest.

Love this store. Many times Ive had staff go out of their way to help me. I even have complimented at the customer service counter about how good it is, which I never usually take the time to do. Today the woman working the outside floral was so nice. she held plants for me, told me to load my groceries and toddler and then drive up. She gabe me tios on care for the plants. She even carried the plants over to my car after I paid. It was so nice.

I don’t like ShopRite because they are normally not the most presentable grocery stores I have been to but this location looks great. I would go back to this location. That says a lot considering I live in Mount Arlington...about 1hr away.

ShopRite of Somerville is a the one stop shop for all your groceries. Its also within a close proximity to many other stores along he main Street of Somerville. There is an abundance of parking and lots of shopping carts which most surprisingly have good wheels still. In short, if you want groceries, shop here.

All the employees there go out of their way to helpin anyway they can. Have never had a bad experience at this location
