One of the worst retail experiences Ive ever had. I bought a new LG stove which they were supposed to install. The installers got here and said they could not install it. At least thats what I think they said. I dont mind if someones first language isnt English, but they should speak enough English so I can understand what theyre saying. The installer waved his hand and said something. Then they left the oven outside on the driveway! I had to hire a handyman, who removed the old oven in about 3 minutes and prepped and installed the new oven. Now I cant even leave a message to tell Best Buy to haul away the old oven. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will leave you high and dry, and charge you a bunch of money for 24/7 support which they wont provide!The only good part of the experience was the knowledge of the sales guys.

Excellent food and yes all you can eat. Small portion diners might find it expensive. As typical with Korean BBQ restaurants, you are cooking yourself with the service staff bringing you plate after plate of food. The staff is helpful and prompt.

Best Buy has great products, but for this store, this the third time Ive come in and hope I can find someone to help me. On Saturday, Sept 4, I went in to buy a new dishwasher. I wandered the appliances for 10 minutes with no one to ask if I needed help, granted there was one guy helping another customer. The store wasnt that busy, I went to the customer service/returns/geek squad area, I was first in line, one person was helping a costumer at the counter, and then there were six other people standing behind the counter engaging each other in pairs in conversation, maybe work related, I dont know. I stood there for a couple minutes without someone saying ill be with you shortly, I finally got help and the girl was really nice, but she didnt quite seem like she knew how to look up what I was looking for, at least didnt instill any confidence in me that she knew what she was doing. Again, she was nice, but Im, thinking this store doesnt deserve my business, I thanked her and left. I do not have this problem at Best Buy stores in the Bay Area. Management needs to be looked at or needs to step up on Customer Service.

When you walk into a best buy you agree to 2 implicit things. First is that you arent going to get the best price on anything in the store. The second is that no matter what you buy you should be prepared to return it. If you understand and accept those two things then shopping here is fine. You essentially pay a fee in the marked up price for the convenience of having the electronics that day rather than in a few days. The store is fine, the selection is general enough, and you can ask almost any of the employees for help finding things with no issue.

Most bestbuy stores arent great but finding customer service in this one is harder than it should be and finding knowledgeable customer service is like harder than finding a unicorn in a patch of four leaf clovers. Not a single one of the display items I tried to buy were in stock. And I was told I would have to pay first to order one, then wait a week for it to arrive. Amazon is cheaper and will arrive on my porch in 24 hours.

What joke business model. Walk into the store for some nice headphones. I was followed the entire time by the theft staff for having a beard - long hair - just getting off work. While looking for a specific kind for 20 mins, no avail. Took another 20 mins to wait for someone to took it up and show me . ALL WHILE THEFT GUY IS WATCHING! Go to pay for said headphones ( $130 when $100 on Amazon) to WAIT for another person to β€œverify” my ID FOR MY BANK CARD! Never going there again. When the staff is 1/2 theft people that can’t help you and get in and out faster solely based on your hair style I’m good. Took over an hour to get some headphones when it should have taken 15 mins max. I recommend doing you due diligence on CNET and purchasing online. Very hostile and prejudice place to shop. Not to mention a waste of time unless you need it for the next day.

Very disappointed in this location. Not only were they sold out of the item I was looking for, even though their online inventory said they had stock, they had entire sections of empty pegg hooks. Their inventory was very poor and the employee who tried to help acted shocked at the empty sections. How can you work somewhere and not realize your sold out of so much stock.

This is the absolute worst place to buy anything in my opinion. Almost anything I can get it Best buy I can get for 20 to 40% cheaper somewhere else. If all you care about is convenience and dealing with a clerk who knows just enough to be dangerous thats where you want to go. The great thing about Best buy is that when Im in the market for something I can go there and usually see it and possibly play with it, like a new computer. Then Ill go somewhere else and pay a reasonable price for it.

Been to the cell phone department many times.....its always the same, a lot of people waiting in line and a lack of sales help. This is just another reason so many brick and mortar operations are failing. Its not a lack of customers but a lack of sales help. Good riddance to those stores that constantly leave customers (with cash in their pockets) waiting in lines that are worse than hwy.1 rush hour traffic.

I bought a TV there 8 months ago that stopped working. I am unable to even get a person on the telephone to talk to about what I should do. The store is not accepting calls and the corporate number will not put anyone on line unless I had paid for an additional warranty upon purchase. I will never buy anything there again and I recommend that you dont buy electronics there if you want it to function more than a year.

This is the sum of multiple visits in mid-April 2021 during my melt down regarding my old faithful laptops death (I thought).I purchased a new one, ouch, took the old one to Geek Squad to have the info removed from the brain of the old one and transplanted into the new one. Within the first day I realized the new one was defective...yada, yada, yada, The Geek Squad revived my old sweet touch screen pc and I was able to return the new one.I have to say I was not especially cordial during the first part of this whole scenario, but ALL of the people in Best Buy were Very helpful and courteous, particularly Michael and Brenda in the Geek Squad.Hats off to the B B employees, everyone that made eye contact looked like they could be smiling under the masks.

Best Buy twice sold me used items as if they were new.One time, I bought a computer mouse in this store, which had multiple tiny scratches on it, suggesting it had been used before, but was sold as new.Another time, I ordered online a multicooker. When it arrived, it turned out to have small stains and scratches on various parts and sesame seed inside. Apparently, someone cooked in it before, but then it was returned and refurbished. However, they didnt even clean it properly. The website, the packaging and the receipt did not indicate the device was used or refurbished; the item was sold as if it were new. I returned it for a full refund.Extremely disappointed in Best Buy. Its actually illegal to sell used items as new. Will never buy anything from them again.

Mixed emotions about this store. Went into purchase a new computer and the staff was helpful. Decided to have the Geek Squad transfer our data over so, made an appointment and dropped off our computers. Five days later, we got a call telling us that our new computer wasnt working so, back to the store to choose another computer (return/exchange was very smooth). Got our new computer back the very next day which was great. Heres where it gets sticky.When our email (Outlook) was transferred, it wasnt pointing to the correct folder. We thought we knew how to change the path; however, wanted to be sure we were doing it correctly. Tried for three days to get through to Best Buy and each and every phone call ended up being disconnected -- even calls to other departments! We finally contacted the main Chat Line (somewhere overseas Im sure) where they said they could help us but for a price. Nice follow-through service, NOT. Anyway, fixed the issue ourselves but disappointed in Best Buys phone availability.

People are friendly but Best Buy let me down on my latest purchase. Bought a stainless steel microwave and did curbside pick up. That was cool. Went to install it a couple days later, was the white model. Took over 30 min on phone to talk to someone. I had to bring it back into the store to exchange. They should have brought the correct one to my house and picked up the wrong one. I then had to stand around waiting while they tried to find the correct one when I got there. What a waste of my time. No real sorry, no compensation for my wasted time.

Think twice before buying electronics online with Best Buy. I bought an Insignia stereo receiver which died after about 12 hours of use. Its still under warranty. I contacted service four times and got nowhere. Everyone I talked to said I have a valid claim but no one would do anything. I was given a number for Geek Squad service but no one ever answered. Finally I was told I would receive a callback to resolve the issue but that never happened .Also, Covid-19 safeguards for service are deficient according to California standards. Clearly product quality and support are huge problems, so instead of more frustration dealing with Best Buy, Im just going somewhere else to replace the receiver,. Ive been a regular customer for years but this experience tells me that Best Buy is your worst choice when it comes to customer service or standing behind products. I wont be back.
