Amazing customer service and quick response. My dryer died mid use. Got on line, finding little to no response. Coastal Appliance was an experience of days gone by. Answered phone, asked a few questions...Robert came out in a few hours and made dryer work like knew. Reasonable rates. Kind, knowledgeable person. Great job. Done. There are still some ethical, smart, appliance specialists and this one....the king!! This business is the best of the best. What a pleasure from first phone call to saying thanks and good by.

Robert has such great integrity and is a true professional...we had a thermador oven that needed a new fan motor. Robert discovered that replacement parts for this oven are no longer manufactured. However, he came up with a solution, worked his magic and our oven works just fine....he simply charged us for a service call....I highly recommend Coastal Appliance Services.

He has a great deal of integrity, and stood behind his repair. Finding Coastal Appliance was like finding a doctor who still makes house calls: I highly recommend them and will use them again.
