Theyve definitely upped their customer service game compared to visits in the past. Still could be a bit more attentive inside ... I had I wait a while before someone could come help me so I could pay.

Ocean Honda has a great Service department and everyone has been very professional and respectful during my visits. In the past, in addition to free freshly brewed coffee and tea, they offered free breakfast sandwiches for their customers.I have not been able to visit them, to take care of my car, due to the pandemic, but I will stop by, soon.

Good service, but they can take a while to do anything and theyre usually $30-50 more than other shops.

The reason I visit them yesterday was Ice car was in the shop Wednesday and Thursday on Saturday I found several screws rolling around my floor mats on my driver side I got worried thought it was falling apart apparently they left the old screws from my fuel pump and some other screws that didnt even go to my car inside my car total flaky
