These guys are amazing! I called because my refrigerator had stopped working (and Bob Miller would not come out since I had not purchased it from them).They were scheduling work several weeks out, but based on how I described the problem, they were able to diagnose it over the phone.They know the item number for the thermostat I needed, suggested I pick it up at Reliable Parts (who had it in stock) and directed me to YouTube because it was a simple repair.Less than $100 and 30 minutes later, my refrigerator was humming away like new.Any company willing to help without making a sale, has earned a lifelong customer and a raving fan!

So glad I found this repair company! Confirmed with me, the day before they were scheduled, the timeframe that they would arrive. Showed up with in that time frame and did the job very quickly. Part needed was in their work van and they were able to make the necessary repair to have me back up and running. They repaired a Kenmore washing machine. That were very affordable. Very efficient. Very professional. I would highly recommend them!

The guy that came to repair my washer didnt seem to want to bother repairing it that he just told me that I needed to get a new washer. He didnt take it apart to check. He opened up the lid to check what was wrong and that was it He didnt wear a mask as well which was disrespectful. I was expecting better service. I dont recommend this place. This was also done to my grandparents.

I was very happy with their service. I had been having problems with the pilot light on my oven. I was on vacation and called to see if I could get a technician to check it out. I was very pleased that they were able to work me in that day. The technician was very nice and was able to repair the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

Did an excellent job fixing our dryer. Fast & had the necessary part with him so got it working right away. Came back the next day because there was some issue with the drum being misaligned due to the dryer having been moved around. Fixed it for us, no charge, all worked perfectly after that. Would definitely call him again.

We were not familiar with Appliance Repair Pros but contacted them because the repair technician we had used for the past 20+ years no longer works on refrigerators and the repair company he recommend was not able to come to our home the same day. At a loss, we did an internet search and chose this company based on the information we garnered from their website, along with the two good reviews we found and their high BBB rating. We were not disappointed.In fact, we were very pleased with Appliance Repair Pros. True to their word, they came out the same day we called. The technician, Dennis, was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. He got our refrigerator running but a follow-up service call was necessary. When that appointment ended up being inconvenient for us, they bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule even though their schedule was already tight. Awesome!

Dennis showed up on time explained the problem my washer was having and gave me a very reasonable and honest estimate of repairs. He had the part needed in his van and we where washing clothes when he left. We have three small children and needless to say my wife was very happy.

Waited an entire afternoon and no one showed up for the scheduled 12-4 appointment. No one called to reschedule or let us know they were not going to show. Very inconsiderate. Would never recommend this company to anyone, and will find another repair provider.
