Knowledge staff, they had the parts I needed. But the one thing that I didnt understand was they wont accept cash.

Why Would an appliance parts store be closed on a Saturday. Not very Reliable.

They are currently remodeling and all boarded up. However they are still OPEN for business!! They should look awesome when the job is finished.

Good enough inventory that they had the valve I needed for the stove repair, and since I was only in town for a couple of days, & helping the local church with repairs, I couldn’t wait to have the part shipped so I paid FULL SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE!!! Nobody ever does that anymore!!!! Those aren’t real prices!! Note: You can get your parts for 25% of what this place sells them for!!! I paid $97 for a $25 part, but that’s what I had to do. But trust me, I WON’T DO IT AGAIN!!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, purchased many parts from them over the years (Bell Appliance)Prices have gone up. I can purchase the same part online for 80$ cheaper. Customer wanted repaired same day.

If you believe in getting the most life from your appliances, you need to know Bell Appliance Parts. So far theyve had any part I needed in stock after working on 4 Whirlpool appliances. Prices are good. Dont expect too much fancy, this is old school parts store. Heck its in an old bus terminal. If that keeps their overhead down Ill take it though!

Clearly this establishment makes its presence by letting you know they are the only one (with parts in stock) available within the area. So, why not jack up the price (an estimated 400%) when you need it asap. I paid $52 for a hot surface heating igniter when clearly your capable of paying between $13-$18, minimal online. So if you add the next day shipping (approx. $15-20) to the average price, you still win. Im knocking on this place cause Ive tried it. They dont help in the way you would assume they would (financially) and everything can not be consulted over the phone Ya, gonna have to bring it in so we can see it ...in the mean time. Pay the next day shipping instead of dealing with this kind of establishment.

My go-to place for appliance repair Mike and the staff really know what theyre talking about they have tens of thousands of parts and stock and if they dont have it they can get it within a few days very knowledgeable very helpful staff

Didnt get the part I wanted, but they tried very hard to find what I needed. The part I needed would need to be special ordered and wasnt sure it was the right part so I decided not to order until I could positively identify the part.
