James makes this place be a 5 star otherwise it MIGHT make 2 stars... on a good day

Been doing business with this particular store for about 5 years now. Helpful, friendly and professional. Have never had an issue with anything. Only problem Ive ever had was waiting for item to arrive to the store, was not in stock, no worries.

Management there is very rude and unprofessional. Calls work places and makes threats to associates of the work when told Im not available to talk. I am very busy at work. Ive rented multiple times from then including furinture which had bugs and we had to get rid of it ourself from a computer that stopped working after payments were completed. And tv that stopped working within a year. This location is horrible. Employees are nice but manager is rude and is very disrespectful will never go back to this rent a center after the disrespect and harassment I have received from management there so I refuse to talk to anyone from that store because or poor management went straight to head quarters.

IGNORE THIS REVIEW IF YOU WANT!! I purchased some furniture from this Western store and BOTH of my couches was infested with bed bugs and they said they won’t even pick up the furniture and for me to get rid of it myself and I even have a 8 month old baby also getting bit and even on her face😢 DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, GO ELSEWHERE.

Horrible...delivery guys dont even knock just leave a note on door. We were home all day and even in same room as our front door. Got a refund and took my $ to Aarons.

Very rude front desk employees. Suggested really high cost for laptop computer. And was told if I could afford to go to walmart and buy one I would. Just being honest they stated.

Purchased a washer & dryer set 4 years ago and sectional couch. The couch ripped within a year and the washer messed up within two years. Nooooo.

Professional installation. Barely had the TV for a week and it suddenly wont work. Wont answer phone will have to go in, and confront
