Glass Doctor was quick to send a technician (Myron) to give us an estimate of our broken window. He was very professional and kind and gave us a quote very quickly. After we scheduled our window repair, it did not take long before they got out parts in and Myron was back to fix our window. He was, again, very professional, quick and knowledgeable. After having such good and kind service, I would recommend glass doctor to anyone who needs installation or repairs in the future.Also, you can’t beat the price !

I had a wonderful experience with Glass Doctor and specifically, Myron. My window glass had shattered and glass doctor came out last year. I noticed the frame bulging in the fall and over winter and realized that window might need to be sealed a bit more. I called Glass doctor up and they came back out today, no charge. Very pleased with their willingness to make sure the job was perfect. Myron also taught me how to shimmy out the window to clean for future use. Five stars!

Great place.

The lady was ornery and rude. She was snippy when the windows were dropped off. Then said it would be at least two weeks. We asked if we could get it rushed. She explained that they are special order and they are at the mercy of the supplier. Fine. Got a call one week and one day later. (8 days with a holiday in between and a weekend). I live almost 4 hours away. Asked if there was any option for after hours pick up or weekend. Nope. Was snapped at, “we close at 5.” Fine. Take a day off to drive there to get the windows. Lady is on the phone. Fine. She shortly states, one minute. Continues phone call. After the call brings my windows out and leans them against the counter. No offer to help bring them out. I asked if the windows could travel safely laying in back of van. She stated she doesn’t have any paper or anything to wrap the windows to keep the glass safe. Fine. I hope I don’t need any more glass replaced or fixed. And if I do, I’d be willing to pay more for actual customer service!!Also, the frames on the windows were gross. No effort was made to clean it. They do the bare minimum. Definitely a less than stellar experience!

One of the best companies I have worked with. They came out measured my window gave me a quote and time line to have the repair done. It was so easy everything on time even with this covid19.. Myron was professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with my experience here. Needed a windshield replaced on Monday. I had techs come to my house (at no charge) and finish the process in 30 minutes on Wednesday. Very friendly techs and I have a free warranty for the windshield. PLUS they beat every price in town. Highly recommend

I recently used Glass Doctor to replace my windshield. Setting up an appointment was easy and convenient, and the work was completed promptly!

Took my broken mirror in to get fixed. They said it would be a couple months for the back part of my mirror. 4 months later, still no call back. I call and ask what happened to it, they said they couldnt find it. They LOST my mirror. The receptionist is just trying to find a way to tell me tough luck. I dont understand how they are in business still. Unbelievable.

This is a good business to go to if you need window repair. All the other businesses I contacted wanted to replace the whole window for hundreds of dollars. Glass Doctor did it for under $40. When I came to pick it up, the window had actually cracked while the caulking was drying (old, probably not perfectly square window). I pointed out the crack, and they redid the repair within a couple days with special caulking to prevent another crack, and gave me a discount. It did take over a week to get the window back, but you cant beat the price.

Need a double pane window repaired and was told 2=3 weeks. No offers or advise on what to do with the hole in my kitchen wall. If I board it up, I might as well invite the burglars in through the door. No customer service skills.

Got here on time and quickly replaced glass in 2 broken windows (I live near a golf course). He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and it was very reasonably priced.

Wow...well, I called to see if they could help me get a piece of glass replaced in one of our kitchen cabinets. The person who answered the phone simply answered with a Hello?. I had to ask to make sure I was calling a business! Then I tell her what Im looking for...I need glass replaced, but I didnt have the exact measurements...just wanted to know if they could help. She tells me that I can bring the glass in!? Uh, it broke..why would I bring broken glass into your store?? She then asks me for the measurements and at that point I realized she didnt listen to one word Id said and I advised that Id be taking my business elsewhere due to the service I was provided with. After reading the rest of these reviews, Im glad I didnt go any further!

I am an insurance agent in Mishawaka and have referred hundreds of customers here over the years, very professional organization, takes care of things quickly and always treats my customers fairly, the absolute best glass shop in Michiana in my opinion.

Worst experience!! I was told 7 to 10 days for 2 glass shelves for a hutch. After numerous phone calls to the same person and a stern promise to me that I would get a return call as to when I could pick up my order, still, nothing. It took 3 weeks to get my order. I would not not and do not recommend them.

I called around for estimates and Glass Doctor beat all prices. It took less than two hours to complete my entire windshield replacement. 👍
