There was a minor lack of communication at first but the store manager Steve did a great job resolving everything with the suspension work. If you ever have any issues make sure you get in contact with Steve he will definitely make things right and be as helpful as possible. Great customer satisfaction, my truck is driving better than it ever has!

A good place for tires and chassis repair and service

I came in late. It was 5:45. They close at 6. I needed a tire put on rim. After he told me the price I said, Great, so I can come get it tomorrow? He said, If you bear with us, we can get it to you tonight by 6:00. I said, Really? 🤓 I dont know. Just made my day.

Went in today to get 4 265/35r18 tires mounted and balanced . New tires and new rims. Was told it would be $240 total...seriously?? Went down the street to Discount tire and it was $92 total. I was expecting around $100 to $120 . Sad thing is if someone didnt know any better and would have paid that price to later find they were ripped off .

Bought tires a little under a year ago at a different location, came in with a wild and crazy story about hitting a pothole and denting both rims/ flattened both tires. I had found some used rims, brought them into this location and they took great care of my car! Great people, friendly competent and excellent service. Highly recommend and will be back for future tire needs.

Dropped 5 tires and wheels off to be mounted and balanced at 1:00pm and got them back by 3:00pm. I had made no appointment and didn’t even expect them back the same day. Fast turn around, great service, and clean install!!

Went to them to get a second opinion for my rims and they had the answer I wanted, got me a great deal on new tires for my rims and had me rolling nice thanks again.

Excellent service.I dropped off my car after hours. Used one of their envelopes and wrote down the pertinent information on the envelope. Dropped the key fob inside and sealed the envelope. Then, dropped it in the Drop Slot.I received a call at 8:10am telling me that they have looked at the car and here is what we recommend. I gave them the go ahead. Belle Tire did an amazing job with fixing my tire. I arrived at the store with my two year old and seven month old. (Crazy, I know) We were able to stay in the car while they worked so I could keep the kids safe and manage the chaos within the car. The store did not have my tire that needed to be replaced, but another location did. The technician drove to the other location to get the tire, so I would not have to. This was great service and got us home in time for naps. Thank you Belle Tire for the great service and hospitality for my kids and I.

I ordered my tires and made an appointment online, but received a call a couple days later from the store saying the system allowed me to book a time when they weren’t open and offered to reschedule on the same day. He then informed me that they didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock and I could pay $37 more for the next level up. I agreed.When I dropped my car off, the manager on site, D.W., kindly waived the additional charge and told me they should be the ones to absorb that cost since it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have the tires. If you have an issue, he’s the man to talk to! The tires are working great and I greatly appreciated the accommodations they made.

Did good job putting on tires but took almost 3 hours. If someone makes an appointment pays in advance I find 3 hours to be unacceptable it does not take that long I could of put them on by hand the old fashioned way in that amount time. Been to many other places much faster turnaround I dont think they think people have other things to do and thats why they make appointments..... all in all good people though but definitely not quick.

Wonderful experience, very friendly and helpful staff that fixed the air pressure valve on my tire -- and didnt even charge me for it! Not only that, but the chair in the lobby was exceptionally comfortable. It is against the window so you can sit in the sun while you wait, but also have just enough shade to be able to see your phone. Furthermore it was quite cushiony. Overall a great experience, I will be coming here for all of my tire needs in the future!

First time doing business with Belle Tire. Black Friday sale decided to try them out. Going over the tire choices I decided on 4 michelin all seasons and a sensor. Was told it would be 4 hours before I could get in. This is an hour after they opened. Paid the bill told them Id be back tomorrow when I had more time. Came back the next day half hour after they opened. Was told It would be 2 1/2 hours before it could get in. Left the car and 2/12 hours later they called and said they didnt have the tires. Went back picked up car told them I wanted money back. Now I wait 5 days for the money to go back on card.

I have had multiple tire issues resolved here. Belle always has great customer service and can usually service your vehicle the day you need it. Prices seem reasonable from what knowledge I have of automotive things.

I was driving home from work yesterday, 12/2/20, and hit something in the road it popped both my passenger side tires and bent both rims. I had my car towed to Belle Tire on Michigan St in South Bend. I called today, 12/3/20, and spoke with DW and he was fantastic. He looked for a used rim for me, because brand new they are around $300, and he called me back multiple times through out the day and was very patient and understanding of my situation. This is by far the best service I have ever had a tire place. You are a ROCK STAR DW.. Thank you so much for all of your help and understanding

Just needed air in my tires

Spent a $1000 on new tires the 2 passenger side kept going flat after returning 2 times they finally fixed the rear one now I get to go back a 4 time for them to look at the front one again

If I could give zero Stars I would. I made an appointment for 1:00 explaining that I had to be at work so I needed the job to take a maximum of 1 hour. The person that scheduled the appointment was in fact the manager, which is absolutely terrifying because I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and sat in the lobby for a full 50 minutes without my car ever being pulled into a bay.When I spoke with the manager and explain the situation he replied with essentially we dont make appointments. which is the exact opposite of what he told me the day before. His remark verbatim was there were other appointments before yours.I feel like it might be a good idea for this Belle tire location to hire management that understands the value of other peoples time and how to correctly schedule appointments so that you dont have customers that take their business elsewhere because you let them sit in your lobby for an hour knowing that their vehicle would not be completed on time and that they would not in fact be able to make it to work on time because they were incapable of setting appointments.

So about a year ago I took my camry to get 2 new front tires put on my car not only did they crub my car while pulling it the bay they ripped off my front fender I tried getting ahold of corporate amd was giving the run around and they still never called me back for it those tires drove 2500 miles before they had cords coming out I will never ever again in my life be a customer of bell tire! TERRIBLE

Had an emergency tire repair situation but made an appointment for the next morning. Was able to get to the service place prior to the tire going flat, as it was discovered the tire had three bolts in the tread! But it never drove like it was that damaged so I had no idea! Belle Tire took care of the tire as it was under warranty replacement/repair and I was on my way within the hour. Definitely will come to this establishment again!

Got a flat tire while driving home. A metal spike in the road penetrated the tread. I was able to take the wheel off, and replaced it with the spare tire.Called Belle Tire to inquire if they had time to repair the tire.I took the car in. Michael, the rep with wom I spoke on the phone, checked me in. Said it could be fixed, and that I could wait for it.The job was done in less than half an hour, and there was no charge.How great is that!

Yo, yo, yo, these absolute madlads are hands down the best people around, and the southbend store is the best of all of them, I was looking at dropping alot of cash to get my tire replaced, they let me know that I could just get it patched for free because I got there right away, so it wasnt a big thing, saved me 155 usd. They couldve taken my money, but no, they let me know I had options and took care of it all, 14/10, going to get my winter tires done up there

After a bad experience back in April, I was surprised to receive really good service. They replaced the parts that were not up to par from the very beginning with upgraded better parts. The assistant manager at this location really understands what the customer is looking for and needs. Went in expecting the worst and came out with the best case scenario. Very much appreciated!

I had to have a tire replaced about a month ago, they replaced it and gave me a good deal on the tire. Then it started loosing air, I took it in and they found a screw I had picked up. They repaired it at no charge, and said the repair would not compromise the tire or the warranty on the tire! Of course I will be back when it’s time to get new tires! Called at 2PM and they had my tires on by 6 and I was out the door. Very fast, accurate and awesome customer service. Ralph on the phone was very helpful and very concerned with getting me the correct tires! Check in was fast and they promised my car would be ready in 1 hour. 60 min later they were calling my name. I was worried about the 4 foot long receipt he gave me, but when i got home i discovered my email invoice with all the info on it. Very impressed! Ive been using Discount Tire for decades and the switch was good. To tell you the truth, it was the Free Air pump at the curb! This is a nice thing to offer!

Fair prices on tires. Will not go back. Had screw in the tire took it in for repair. Ended up that somehow the tire had 2 holds in it and leaking fast. This after I drove 80 mile on the tire with 1 screw in it. Then tried to sell me a new tire at 311 dollars. NOPE.

Had my brakes changed in all four wheels, ( pads,calipers and rotors). I was allowed to actually physically confirm their condition before the work began. There was some time consuming complications getting parts, but the manager DW made every effort to make up for it. Very friendly, Great customer service. This is not my first visit to Belle Tire and wont be my last.

Oil change price seemed pretty high...but they did get me in and out a lot quicker than I was told...always friendly people there

Took my 2003 CR-V in for an alignment. They were only able to align 3 of the 4 tires because they couldnt get the bolts loose and essentially gave up. I understand they didnt want to break the bolts but I wanted my vehicle aligned. I work on cars all the time and things get Rusty and break and you have to fix them. I cant say I am really happy as I paid for a service to be done and it didnt get done completely. This was my first time doing business with Belle Tire and I do not think I will be back.

If clayton is helping you its going to be as good as it gets. Pricing is reasonable, nothing is cheap anymore that is worth paying for....

This place is a sh@thole of predators looking for their next meal! My wife took my car in for an oil change and a front end alignment today (2/9/2019) because Im fresh out of surgery. They did the alignment no problem as far as I know, but the oil change is another story. THEY stripped out the threads on my oil pan and without her knowledge or consent put in a permanent plug! I called to speak with someone (his name is Adam) about why was she not informed about it before they plugged it. Adam admitted that he was wrong and should have informed her but didnt, then told me that I need to buy a new pan when I get my next oil change. He gave her an estimate for four (yes 4) oil pans along with some other unnecessary stuff totalling about $750.00! I/she wasnt even given the opportunity to buy a pan before he made a decision while she was waiting. Now I have to buy a new oil pan, oil, and pay for labor. Im disabled so I cant do it myself. I wish I could give them -5 stars!

We use our van constantly to deliver food to our clients. We had a slow leak that was causing headaches on the road. Today we took the van in to have the tire checked and they patched the small hole for free. on behalf of our clients...THANK YOU! What a great company!

I had an issue with my vehicle. I went in told them about the problem I was having and Ari fixed it at no charge. He corrected a repair that was made by one of their competitors. The thing I liked the most was he told me that he loves his job. That is unheard of these days.

Purchased tires and scheduled installation on their website. Very convenient, no-nonsense service. Came back a few weeks later having hit a construction staple (slow leak) that could not be repaired. Got good service under warranty: replacement the same day. Went back for an oil change and received competent and friendly service, done in an hour without an appt. Well-run store!
