We have purchased furniture from this store several times over the past 15 years. The quality, price, and assortment are all good.We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat, when they were delivered we had an issue with the store and were contemplating no longer shopping there. Today my wife received a phone call and our issue was addressed to our complete satisfaction.All companies will have problems from time to time. How they address the problems separates the great companies for the bad.Whims & Wishes is a great company.

We were in your store today(Sun) the 28th, there was sales persons setting around 3or 4 that we could tell. NO one even approached us or said (1) one word to us as we walked around the entire store looking for a cabinet, so out the door we went never to go back again............worst business ever. _0 customer service.
