Very helpful staff and decent prices for a local shop. The staff assisted me in getting the right parts to upgrade a old Fuji into a very reliable, smooth urban single speed. The pricing to have the rear cassette replace, I don’t have the tools, was very reasonable.

I took my Specialized bike there to repair a broken derailuer ...chain... and tune up.... this bike came back way better than it was brand new!!....great work guys.... and reasonable prices too!!

To say these folk are helpful is a understatement. Went in on a Sat and they spent an hour answering any and all of the wife and my novice questions. Helped us repair an older bike instead of pressuring us for sales. Wife was guided towards a solution for her road bike even when it move a sale away from them. Took my old bike, spent a ton of time to help me find a fix for it... three other shops would not look at it. To busy. There is no novice beware here. The folks gave us simply one of the best experiences we have had at any store let alone bikes. Mad props to these great folk, not going anywhere else.

Had a great experience getting a tire fixed here. Ive been to a couple of other bike shops in South Bend and this place blew the others away. I cant believe I never realized this was here. Itll be the first and last stop for my cycling needs from now on.

I never thought I could afford a bike from a real bike shop. However, I was wrong. Ken was great and made it worthwhile and even fitted me to the bike. I have enjoyed many miles on my Scott over the past few years and now am in need of tires and tubes. Even though they are slammed with ND students returning and race season, they are going to get me going before my trip south. This is a great shop with great folks that love to ride!

I read some bad reviews about this place, so I was a bit apprehensive of going there, however, after going there and checking for myself, I must say the employees are very helpful and give good advises as well. I went there with a busted shifting wire on my mountain bike and I received good recommendations and advises on what I needed to fix it. The guy personally helped me pick all the parts I needed to fix the bike. And unlike many other places, he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. This place reminds me of bike stores in Colorado where there is much more stiff competition and better service.

I called this bike shop to see if they would consider shipping a bike since they are an authorized Bike Flights dealer. I told them that I had a vintage reproduction bike. I explained that I was going to purchase the bike if they would ship it. The lady told me they would. So, I purchased the bike and told the customer I purchased the bike from to deliver it here. I then called them to explain the bike would be delivered, and the owner stated that he refused to accept the bike from the seller stating that he was a problem. Apparently he had a previous bad experience with him. I tried to explain to the owner that he was only dropping the bike off because I had no way to get it there. I would be the person paying for shipping but he refused stating he would not accept the bike. No matter what I tried to do to convince him that I would be the one dealing with this, he refused. As much as I hate to post a negative review, I also am a business owner. In my right mind, I could not commit to providing a service, and then back out of doing what I committed to do, regardless of the situation. I believe in honoring what you say you will do even if it means you have to bite the bullet. In this case, the owner just did not want to deal with him dropping the bike off even though I told him, I would make sure he didnt say anything. Deeper into the conversation, the owner stated he didnt want to ship such a bike and it would be too much of a hassle and would probably have to go truck freight. If thats the case, then why are you an authorized shipper with Bike Flights? For a first time experience with this shop, this just doesnt leave a good taste in my mouth. While both the owner and lady (Might be owners wife just not sure) were both polite to me, it still doesnt help the situation I was placed in. The whole reason I called first before purchasing the bike was to make sure they would ship the bike. Now, I have the hassle of trying to get my money back. If you as a business owner are not sure of complete details, ask before you commit to something, not after.

Im a little shocked by the reviewers who gave ProForm low reviews. I dont know anything about biking, and Im not a particularly good runner or swimmer, and the staff at ProForm have never been nothing but nice and helpful with my questions, which are often ridiculous. I recently went in to find out about race fuel for a local event, and the guy who helped us was knowledgeable, fun, and, as it turned out, totally right. Ill absolutely go back.

I checked out the website to see if they put together a bike. It said they did. Called to see if they could put together my sons Huffy Spiderman Bike. A toddler bike! We do not have the tools so I was told to call around for some help. The person who answered the phone was very very rude. They were basically telling me that this shop did not do bikes like this. So I asked why? And they said that Huffy bikes are just so terrible and we do not want that in our shop. It is a bike for a 5 year old....I did not understand why a simple childrens bike was such a huge deal. So rude. So unprofessional.

The mechanics have been great. They love bicycles and are willing to share their knowledge. Ive vintage bike and they know and appreciate vintage bikes.

I noticed problems with my shifting and was in South Bend from out of state for a race the next morning. I called and asked if they could look at it right away. They said yes, and an hour later when I arrived they immediately attended to my bike and fixed the problem. Crisis averted and and I had a great race the next day! Thank you!

The employees were very condescending with the questions and help that I needed with my bike. Went up the road to Outpost Sports and was treated so much better, they were so kind. I will be taking my business there.

I called them to have an estimate and see if they can fix my bike. They told me that they are not available before the next two weeks so I ask them if I could make an appointment in two weeks on a half. They told me they do not as some people do not show up. So I asked them what happened if I call again in two weeks and a half. They told me it would be the same answer!!!! I have never seen such a bad service. I will go somewhere else.
