Drivers are not considered delivery drivers, they are route representatives. They are the face of Hanson Beverage. If an issue is encountered or experienced, anyone can make promises over the phone, but, the route representatives are the ones who can hear, see or experience the frustrations or concerns.Being a family owned business, Hanson Beverage treats employees as family. They value opinions and suggestions. Every concern, question, opinion and suggestions are seriously considered.Hanson Beverage offers a variety of water and coffee. The drinking water is bottled at Hanson and unless mitigation circumstances occur, it is delivered the same day it is bottled. Hanson also insures,your,water is clean and,pure, otherwise, it is,replaced at no charge. Hanson offers R/O drinking water in both glass and plastic 5gal. Bottles, Spring Water, distilled water and Mountain Valley Spring Water from Arkansas.

My office loves the coffee and water we get from Hanson each month. I appreciate that our delivery driver always shows up on time and someone from the company calls me before every delivery to see if we need any changes made to our order. Our tap water does not taste very good so being able to have great tasting water anytime we want has been a plus.Their numerous coffee flavors allow my employees to order exactly what they like each month. Which keeps them from drinking my favorites!Just very impressed with the quality and service from Hansons.

I went out to the Saint Joseph location the Receptionist there was so friendly I just love her customer service I ordered water which was to be delivered on that Friday two Friday’s have went by and I am still waiting on my five bottles of water I called and the receptionist answered and said the truck broke down the first Friday, they should be to my house by that Tuesday still waiting on my water. Maybe the driver did not want to come in my area because it’s predominantly black. I stay in Benton Harbor thanks Hanson for not delivering my water. The money over on this side of the bridge spend too.

This water tastes amazing. Highly recommended.

Poor service from the driver. Sometimes they do not leave the number of bottles needed and other time they just skip us as we are at the end of the route.
