Always a good experience at Starbucks! Like most towns or cities, there are Starbucks in every corner! Lol!Im sure its because of how they train their employees, but at EVERY Starbucks, they are SO POLITE! 😲 ❣️😁 I so appreciate that! Their politeness can change my day sometimes! Thank You❣️❣️Not to forget their wonderful products!I have my favorites of course, but I LOVE how I can roll up to the drive-up, and want to try something new, and not have a clue what to try, and they will take time to help me find something new to try! No pressure! Sooo YES, Ill pay the extra $$$ to stop at Starbucksand get my favorite drink or try something new! Worth it to ME, for so many reasons ❣️❣️❣️

These gals are incredible. Drive thru out to the street, short handed and they are still cool as hell. Friendly, accomodating and quick service. My drinks are always perfect.

This place solicits reviews from friends and family. They’ve shut down ANYTHING but drive thru, cutting there work load down to nothing and yet they still take 20 plus minutes to get you through the drive thru. They are always out of stock and barley even keep the place running. Employees are snobby and rude and won’t come to the door or acknowledge you. Must be nice to be able to close your doors and not do part of your job whenever you feel like it.

Ordered a wrap and Latte. Was given the Latte, stood waiting forever. Then watch five people get their sandwiches. Finally I asked what happened to my wrap. They said oh were out of them, I said how am I supposed to know? They said we write it on a bag and put it on the counter. I said, how am I supposed to know any of this. I then was told, next time look for the bag. really? Im supposed to KNOW your policy? You cant announce it like the drinks? Seriously, customer service anyone?

I love going to the Starbucks because even if they dont have the caramel that is needed for my drink they always find a way to make a good substitution for me 😁😁Also if you ever want your macchiato mixed up just tell them you want it upside down.

They are pretty fast and double check the orders. Which I definitely love.

First time going through the drive thru. It was dark and I couldn’t see a speaker on the menu board. I waited there for a few seconds..but didn’t hear anybody so I pulled forward. There was nobody behind me as I pulled up to the window to order. The barista asked me to pull all the way back around to order through the speaker even tho there was nobody else. I complied even tho it wasn’t a very customer service move right there. Right before I got to the speaker..2 cars pulled up. I just went to Martins Starbucks instead. I won’t be back here.

I wish i could leave negative stars for this Starbucks location. They have never made a drink right and make customers wait an unreasonable amount of time for their orders. The manager is also incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure how this location will last. The Martin’s Starbucks across the street is one million times better.

I absolutely love coning back to this Starbucks location m. It has good ambience with nice views. Staff is good. Overall, a great place to relax and drink coffee!

I was charged (mistakenly hopefully) an extra $.75 for half and half in my iced coffee. If youre charging extra for all of the added milk including half and half at least post a sign.

I really love Starbucks and I tried to love this one but every single time I go here and order a caramel frappucino it has zero flavor and looks milky watered down. If I wanted to drink milk thrown in a blender with ice Id not spend $6 on a drink. Highly disappointed they really need to fix this problem and learn how to make them properly. Other starbucks in the area are excellent but sad I have to go to other ones for a frappucino

A little slow at times, but generally only when busy. If they arent busy, you get your order quickly and from positive, friendly baristas

Would be a great place if they updated their hours correctly.. for whatever reason they are closed every other day just drove down there for no reason.. google says they are open, they are not.

Cashier Malachi is courteous and competent dealing with the rush. Drinks came up fast and tasted great. Drive thru does have priority over in store customers, just a tip.

Great service every time

I have ordered online from this location twice and it has been messed uo both times. The first time they didnt put the carmel drizzle that I ordered and that wasnt too big of a deal. The second time however, our order was made poorly and there was instructions that werent followed. For example on one of the drinks we requested raspberry syrup and said no vanilla syrup and they only gave us vanilla. The other drink was a frap and there was no ice in it which kinda ruined the drink.

The only starbucks in town that closes its lobby. Drive thru line will always be a 30+ minute wait. Avoid this place if you dont like incredibly slow service. Workers there know what theyre doing though, friendly people.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this location. I ordered a drink and had to wait 25 minutes before I had to leave. The employees are nice, but seem to favor other customers. I literally sat and watched numerous customers be served their drinks before me although they arrived after me. Not sure how that happens, but I started to figure out these were college kids and the barista favored them over others. After I kindly asked the barista if my drink was made, she rudely replied, “Ugh yeah, it’s coming, then continued to make a snarky remark about my patience.” After that, a guy had come in and was obviously a friend of the barista. She immediately made his drink while several others were patiently waiting. One younger, college couple arrived 15 minutes after me, ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 lattes and somehow received their full order before me. Case and point... You’re Starbucks and people expect the best from you. I’m not sure who the managing partner is but this location has some serious issues with customer service. I’ve visited Starbucks all over the US, Canada and abroad. This was by far the worst and needs some serious work.

I never have understood why everyone likes Starbucks. I dont like coffee, I dont like tea, so I never understood... until I took my cousin for their birthday. My cousin had recommended a Strawberry Açai Refresher, and I was VERY apprehensive at first, but I have given coffee a chance, so why not!? Well... I had a revelation that day. Starbucks is pretty great! I always hear friends and family talk about their coffees and teas, and how great they are. Well, I dislike those drinks, but these Refresher drinks are really great! Staff are very friendly and kind. Seeing them make it is also interesting, and they make it pretty fast! Very pleased with this location, eyes have been opened!

They have closed their sitting area due to covid and have signage for social distancing. The employees are nice and do wear their masks and keep the place clean. While they do have a sign saying masks are required some of the customers waiting for takeout were not wearing a mask (would be great if they enforce mask wearing).

They tend to mess up my same drink alot, and I always order the same drink every single time I go to Starbucks & its always to the one on Lincolnway and Bittersweet in osceola... yall can do better! I love Starbucks otherwise and the customer service is amazing, just wish they would get my drink right. Also I went on national coffee day and ordered threw the app and was supposed to get a free drink or the 150stars for that special promo and never recieved the stars or a free drink in my account/on my Starbucks card, so Im very disappointed.

Please update hours of your drive through doesn’t actually open at 5am.

Ordered a tea with milk to take to the office, where no drinks are available because of Covid. Opened my tea in the office to discover it has no milk in it. Undrinkable for me. I am now stuck in the office for three hours with no hot drink. I have a sore throat. Thanks, Starbucks.

This is the best Starbucks location in South Bend! The staff is very friendly, my order is correct 99% of the time and when it’s not it’s usually my error, and even then they are happy to correct it.

To start off, the stand alone building is really cool looking! This Starbucks gets a good amount of business as they have a drive thru. Ive ordered the same drink a few times and its always consistent and good. The employees I talked to were very nice. I recently downloaded he Starbucks app and it makes paying a breeze! Great place, great service and great drinks!

This has got to be the worst of all the Starbucks Ive been to! Seriously whoever is the manager there needs to train the workers better on service! Not friendly, waited forever on drinks, no cream, had to ask just to be ignored, but got it 5 min later, if you are getting coffee, you should have cream out! Needs to hire friendlier, outgoing staff!

Caramel mocha hot.... Yummy... But three drinks over $15 cant do that but once a year.

As I am in line there was a police officer in front of me I told the lady that I wanted to pay for his order she told me the price and everything I go to pay and I said I also had the car in front of me oops I forgot all about that I just told you not even 2 mintues ago I was paying for his order. It really isnt that hard to remember sorry I like to treat our officers once in a while..JUST DISAPPOINTED..

I actually use to work at this location a few years ago but I still frequent this location whenever I am in south bend- the last time I was in I was having a very bad day & was actually crying in the drive-thru due to a bad phone call I just had, I went to look for my cash but couldn’t find it once I got to the window which made me start crying even more, so I explained how sorry I was & to just cancel my order, but Nate gave me my drink for free (prob because I was literally sobbing). he told me he hoped my day got better & it honestly just made my day.thank you.I have always loved this location & the care they have for customers.

This is a great place to go if you like variety in Hot and Cold. They have pastries, salads sandwiches, flavored Coffees and Teas Hot or Iced, and delicious Smoothies or Frappes. Well worth the money to spend. Also a great place to pick up a gift or two for family or friends with authentic Starbucks items or purchase a gift card in any $ amonut.

This location is consistently closed hours earlier than their listed store hours. Today they were supposed to be open until 8. I loaded my Starbucks card and drive halfway across town, and at 5:30, the drive thru was blocked and doors locked. Baristas inside refuse to answer the phone. 😡

This was always my favorite Starbucks to go to in the area, however as of lately it’s just been terrible. This is the 4th time in the last week and a half that they’ve gotten my drink completely wrong. Not to mention the drive-through wait time is roughly 25 minutes every time. I dont understand what’s going on in there.

While I love Starbucks products and the staff is always friendly, I cant get past the high prices and the long, sloooow drive through lines. Unfortunately, Starbucks is more of a treat not a common occurrence for me.

I wish I could give Starbucks three and a half stars. They have delicious products but it is rather pricy and more than a bit pretentious.

I recently went to this Starbucks location on my way to a football game. I should mention that I am a regular at this location, as well as a previous employee. I was instantly greeted by multiple baristas the second I walked through the door. Before I even had a chance to order my drink, a barista already had my drink rung into the cash register and had my total ready. Within two minutes my drinks were finished, despite being the store being crowded and insanely busy due to the ND game. Everyone worked hard to ensure that all customers left satisfied. Not only is this place always a treat, but it has a great, friendly, and extremely efficient staff! I would 10/10 recommend stopping by this location next time you’re craving some good coffee!

Consistently forgets my orders - which is impressive because we use the Starbucks App. I came in today and they had forgotten half my order again. I tell the barista what happened and even after I told them what my order was they STILL DID IT WRONG. It was a coffee with creamer. They couldnt handle that.

Oh my!! I always get the sweetest! A Mocha or Caramel Frappuccino with something extra sweet added to it, and caramel and chocolate drizzle on my whipped cream! Need I say more?!? Yum!

The Butaton ramen was very good. The soup base for this ramen is nothing like I ever had before. It is very creamy and not too overwhelmingly spicy. The add ins for this ramen is very generous also. I thoroughly enjoyed my ramen. Overall I think the Butaton ramen was the best.

Love this location! My drink is always made perfectly. I usually go in before work in the mornings and order my drink using the app before I get there. All of the baristas know my name! I love starting my day that way!

Smaller Starbucks but its fast and usually very good. If you are meeting friends it might be best to go to the Starbucks in the Martins Deli across the street. Much bigger sitting area.

Took forever, especially since we had a mobile order. That wouldnt have been so bad, if we didnt sit for 4 minutes at the window before someone greeted us.

It wasnt as clean as you might expect, rather noisy, but the coffee was good and fresh, and the service was prompt.

Full service, including drive-through and evenings (w beer and food). No clover machines.If excellent coffee is what you want, there are other places in South Bend where youll find better.Overall: Clean, friendly, what youd expect. Typical over-roasted coffee.

Was just in this location. Lady was rude that helped my boyfriend and I out. First they were out of the tea that we wanted (no big deal). The issue was that the lady acted like it was such as a hassle to help us. I asked her about the comfort teavana tea and she had no idea what I was talking about. I’m really particular with my tea and she wasn’t very helpful.

I have been coming to this Starbucks every weekday for the last three or four weeks to get work done, and conduct some interviews for my company while my office is under construction. The employees and management team have been nothing short of welcoming, and understanding throughout the entire process.While Ive been there Ive observed the interactions between them and their customers. The attention to details is amazing. They know all of their customers by name, so much so that if they pull up to the drive thru Ive heard them greet the customers by name and ask if they will be getting their usual. Its amazing and inspiring to see that this team has gone above and beyond to get to know their customers, learn their names, their orders, and build genuine relationships with them. Ive been here for weeks now and let me tell you there are A LOT of regulars that walk through those doors and go through that drive-thru every day.If I could give THIS location 10 stars I would.Starting next week Ill have my office, and I will miss these incredible people.Luckily I live just a 2 minute car ride away and will make sure to stop by on my way to the office.
