Replaced an 8x5 foot cloudy custom picture window, and these folks did a great job. Once the custom trim was removed, measurements were able to be taken. The replacement glass was then ordered and when it arrived a couple of weeks later it was installed in short order with no problems. A very satisfied customer here and will use Action Glass again for any future window replacements if necessary.

Positives: Pricing is very competitive and the business owner is very polite.Negatives: Employee installed window and damaged our wall. Employee was asked if anything fell or hit the wall and they said, no. When I pointed out that it was heard ( that something fell and was struck) the employee hesitated but then admitted something(s) did fall, and eluded to the fact that the wall may have been hit. Employee was caught in a lie and lost all credibility. Employee also got finger prints all over wall and scarred trim pieces around window. I was polite and kind to the employee and plainly stated I would follow up with the business for mitigation. We were then told by management that is was our word against the employees- even thought he was caught in a lie, and the location of the damage was clearly where he was doing work. I was also initially told by management to fix the wall myself? Management went on to state the business never has experienced any issue(s) with damages to customer property before. I later learned directly from another employee that claim was also a lie.I would strongly encourage anyone that uses this business to be present during the install to avoid the fiasco we went through. If you can manage to be there and have a good installer, it will be a 5 star experience.

This place can do just about anything window and door related repairs except for Pella replacement parts and windows.Highly recommend for screen repair or re-build. Turn around time is less than 2 days!!

I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER. #1 on all areas: professionalism, price, kindness, punctuality, and speed.I broke a patio glass door, they quoted me a price over phone and scheduled a official measurement for the next day, person arrived on time with mask,(covid 19) measured and left, 2 hours later office called and told me the quote was 100% accurate, told me they would contact when glass was ready, 8 days later, they scheduled for the next day to install,and again person on time with mask went to work. Finished quickly with ZERO disruption to me. Cleaned the area and left. 100% professionalism. I hope I never need glass repair again but if I do I am very happy I got a place. A+

We ordered a custom glass splash guard for our newly remodeled bathroom shower and were very disappointed in the whole process to say the least. Not only was the price of the glass splash guard quite expensive (which we expected for a custom made panel) but the installation was over $400, which was more than the cost of the splash guard itself. Surprisingly, it only took the company around 30 minutes to complete. We noticed shortly after that the the frame of the door was scratched. The scratch was a very large and quite noticeable. There was no way the workers could not have not noticed the scratch but they installed it regardless. Unfortunately, they also scratched several tiles during the installation. The tiles were installed a few days before and were in perfect condition because we had just had the final inspection with the contractor the day prior. When my wife contacted Action Glass they did send someone to replace the part of the frame that the workers had scratched but they claimed the tiles were already scratched prior to installation. For over $400 in installation we would expect white glove service and much more professionalism than we received. Action Glass basically just blew us off because they didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake.

Very Happy. I used Ross and his people to make some custom glass panels for a Sun Porch. They were helpful, professional and did quality work. A year later, I needed a Sliding Shower Door. Again, they installed a quality product. At first the door didnt want to stay closed. When I mentioned it, a service guy came out and re-installed it so that it would stay closed. I love it when a company stands behind their products and people and will do what needs to be done to get things right. Highly Recommend.

I have in the past went 1+ hour to get glass from people who know there job without me having to explain things they should already know. Now, I am very happy to have found Action Glass. They staff know their business and where very helpful. I etch/sandblast glass for various purposes and it was great to talk to folks that understood what I needed and were knowledgeable in the various types of glass (which you figure should be the norm but is not). The prices are good and the turn around time is great. Looks like I dont need to travel to get my materials.Nice work guys!

Action Glass is a small - unspoiled - single location company doing friendly business at fair prices. I dont know the extent of their capabilities, however our custom 1/4 thick mirror was cut, polished, and distortion free. ~ Monte

The day before closing on our house we discovered that a bedroom window was cracked and would need to be repaired. It was too late in the day to contact a glass company and I was certain we would have to delay closing in order to obtain a quote for the repair as required by the title company. I called Action Glass the next morning and spoke with Ross Schondorf. Ross was so kind and understanding and not at all irritated that I was calling him with a last minute request.
