Andy does good work I will give him that, The issue is his girlfriend who has an attitude and anger issues and likes to hang up on people. I called the first time about an armslist ad for a glock 43 I wanted to purchase and was told they didnt have that gun in stock so I asked if i could leave my name and number for when they did have the gun back in stock? you would have thought I was asking for her first born child that she was doing me such a big favor by allowing me to be a customer of theres. So a couple of months goes by and I get a call that they have the Glock 43 back in stock so I give my credit card info and then wait. I waited close to 3 weeks but according to Andy he ships out thousands of guns per year so that is why I had to wait. Finally the big day arrives and the gun shows up at my local gun store and I am pretty excited and I forget about the rude girlfriend and the months of waiting and then the weeks of waiting and I open the box finally............and the gun has a gouge on the slide. When you wait 2-3 months to purchase something and then you wait 3-4 weeks for it to be duracoated, and then you wait 3-4 days for it to be shipped to you, and then you wait for your local gun store to open so you can finally get your hands on your new carry gun, the gouge on the slide could be 1 millimeter or 10 millimeters but to me it is the size of the grand canyon. Your new gun is not perfect and this is before you pick it up for the first time. Now you call the shop hoping to hear empathy or understanding but the last thing you feel like hearing is the girlfriend voice stating why are we supposed to do about that and how do we know that you didnt cause the gouge to get a discount. I have never met this woman but let me tell you she is simply nasty. I saw a few other reviews that mention her and her phone etiquette and i feel for those people. I ended up selling the gun to my local gun store and went home dejected forlorn and just really sad. Then Andy called me back and was kind enough to tell me if I wanted to wait another 3-4 months for the gun to arrive and then 2-3 weeks for him to duracoat it as you know he ships thousands of guns every year and doesnt even know how he has the time to be on the phone with me right now and oh yea one other thing......the price will be higher as he is raising the price on me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I let him know that I would be leaving him an appropriate review for my experience and was immediately told that he has perfect feedback and would leave me a scathing rebuttal to my review. You know Andy if you spent half the time instead of defending your girlfriend you probably could be selling thousands of guns per year. But what do I know. I am stupid enough that I waited 4 months for a gun from you that was advertised as being in stock when it wasnt. The classic bait and switch. Oh that one we just sold that one this morning, but we can get you one......yup I fell for that. Shame on me. A former customer.

The good reviews on here about this store are spotted on. Andy, the guy who runs the store is super great on both knowledge and service. It doesnt matter whether youre a first time gun owner nor you have been shooting for a while, Andy will taking care of your firearm needs. For first timer, he will provide you the right information and advice to help you make the right choice on your first firearm purchase. For veteran, since you know exactly whatever firearm you want or looking for, to purchase, but the store doesnt stock them, Andy will try to locate and order one for you. And if youre looking for an trusted FFL to transfer your firearm sale, this is definitely the store to go to. I had my handgun transferred and checked out here by Andy, the transaction was hassle free. Thumbs up for Andy and the T&Z Armorys staffs as well.

Fantastic place very knowledgeable has done several guns for me and they all have held up great. Baby glock EDC gets abused but no issues.

Thats hard to find at the bigger gun stores. This is a small shop but his average in-stock is amazing! Andy is a great guy, willing to take the extra time to educate and listen! VERY Reasonable FFL transfer fees, and he will go that extra mile for customer service! Might not have the cheapest gun prices in town, but sure as heck gives you way more bang for your buck in customer service - and that is worth more than the few $ you may pay extra than the other guys for the same thing.

After a shaky experience with another FFL dealer I tried T and Z Armory. The transaction was fast and the transfer rate was reasonable.

Knew nothing about a gun, purchased one the same day and got it a week later and I already feel safer and confident with using it! Great guy, honest, and definitely great quality!

While they have a very small shop, they offer a fantastic service and conduct themselves in a helpful and professional manner. Ive transferred two firearms through them without issue. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service. Called twice, left message with lady both times for a call back to purchase a gun. Just had general questions I wanted answered first since I live half way across the US and cant just walk in. 3 days later, still no call back. Guess they dont need anymore business 🤷🏾‍♀️.. wish them the best tho!

Andy the owner..if he dont have it he will go out of his way to get it.. and he still beat the competitions price.. his firearms coating is A1.. something rare in this day and age is his customer service he wont rest till you are satisfied .. he stayed an hour past closing just to help me with NFA questions.. I have been a return customer.. and as far as I am concerned this is the one stop firearms shop !
