They are self loathing scavengers preying on the low income and people in desperate need, however they don’t have to be that way there business could help people not take advantage of them or waste their time..But they are empty people who want to feel dominate and powerful by wasting the time of other people they judge, stereotype and objectify... shops there all you want if you want to pay for over priced goods that they practically stole from people who needed some quick liquidity...or to simply feed their family...I personally will stay very far away from those who have become wretched and rotten and want to spread their disease of mind and spirit to others. Thank you and hope this steers a few people away from there avoiding people who Would take advantage or profit from someone in need.

I have been a customer since it was Reds pawn shop and have been with them every since love the people, good prices and happy workers that will joke and talk to you.

Been going there for years today allo of a sudden went to get my bracelet and they said I could only put the money they say is sufficient and not what I can afford to do I’ll never go back they just wanted to keep the stuff people pawn I’m good on wwjp never again

Today I stepped inside of a Pawn Shop for the first time In my life! I walked in with a broken heart and in search of a stolen anniversary ring. As I was trying to scan the cases of jewelry, Jason approached me and asked if he could help me. I was so afraid I was going to let my emotions loose. As I was telling him my story I spotted the ring!! He was the kindest gentleman and made me feel not so embarrassed and was so understanding! I was able to purchase my ring back and best of all the one that stoled the ring will never be able to do business with WW Pawn again! I gained so much respect. Jason showed me a few pieces of jewelry that caught my interest. I will be back to shop. I thank Jason for his professionalism, kindness, and understanding and the passion to run an honest business!!

Great staff, amazing service. Went in for a new diamond and not only did they have a great selection, their jeweler did a fantastic job incorporating the new stone into my existing engagement ring. They were extremely accommodating, got the ring back earlier than promised, and the entire staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process. They worked with us to keep the price down (unbeatable compared to any jeweler in town) and the end result was stunning. I will absolutely use them again for any future jewelry needs.

Ive come here many times with guitars, but this will be the last! The guitar cracked while in their hands. They take pictures of the instrument before it goes on There shelf, the guitar i pawned was in great condition with NO CRACKS. NOW Im leaving with a large crack and they argue with me that its not there fault. Last time I ever use world wide pawn!

I hesitated to come in to this place because I had just had a horrible experience from another Worldwide Pawn in Roseland. But... Im gald i did. I felt that they were very honest, and sympathetic to my situation. Staff was friendly, respectful, and entertaining. I brought in a very nice ring to consider selling, and a gentlemen named Mark knew exactly what it was and knew jewelry very well. I dont hold against their store the amount offered, because they took the time to explain why. I appreciated that. If I decide to shop pawn stores in the future... this will be my first stop.

Prices great! Friendly, helpful customer service minus one employee who I believe is a manager. Shes a middle aged Mexican woman. So just avoid her and you should be satisfied. Service is sometimes slow but worth the wait for the prices and 3 day return policy and 10 defective warranty! You cant get a warranty at any other pawn shop! DVDs are only $1.50 each or 20 for $20. I come here monthly to check inventory and usually walk out with several times!

My Friend Purchased a studio microphone that did not work. When he returned it theytold him they did not sell that to him and refused to accept the item back for exchange or refund. Horrible business ethic and even worse customer service.

I took my Roku Smart TV in to this WWP and everything on it worked remote and all obviously or they wouldnt have pawned it...... Then I go get it back out two weeks later and my remote is broken..... I DO NOT suggest taking your electronics here to pawn. Im highly highly dissatisfied with this store. I brought my stuff to them trusting them to keep it safe. They wrapped my cord up and laid it on top of my remote and put a rubber band around it really tight. Anyone who has a smart TV knows you need the remote to work your TV. So now in the last three days I have NOT been able to use my TV and my TV is only five months old. I will NEVER do business with this place again. Im taking my TV up there today to show them what theyve done to it. And hopefully this store is compassionate enough to replace my stuff. Or give me the money back so I can replace the remote they destroyed.

I buy stuff at this store all the time I have never pawned anything though. But it will the last time I ever go in there again because when I went in I ask if someone could walk me to the back to see what they have in the warehouse. The guy at the counter said to me. Are you going to buy something.I said I dont know tell I see what you have. He said to me. I dont want to take you back there if you are going to waste my time. I smiled at him and walked out. The Mexican woman who works in there is rude...Has a very nasty attitude, when my husband called because hed been Ill, he was 5 days late, he spoke to someone who said he was fine, he called today & heard how foul & nasty she became, she commenced to hang-up on me, I called back & asked for the owners name, I was rudely told No!Ive called the BBB, & My lawyer is going to help me get that particular pawn shop investigated, I have already a handful of people whom are writing out statements as to how theyve been treated by this particular person & a few others whom need to be fired!Shes a Racist, my husband & I are a mixed couple, the dirty looks, comments, Im tired of the fact No One will stand-up against these people. My husband was sick & off work for a bit, now they have an expensive Mac Tool...Their Thieves, were not poor, my husband makes more an hour than 3 of them put together, yet they act & treat people as if their above them. I wont stop here, were calling the Newspapers & News stations...She doesnt treat her friends or her kind when they come in there...Its Really Sad & Hurtful.

Dont buy a airconditioner! I went there 2 weeks ago got one it stunk my house like cat pee. I have no cat! They wouldnt exchange it for a new one 3 day policy. What ever you sold me a cat pissed on air conditioner. Will never buy from you again
