What an absolute joke they charged me for a picture that didnt print properly and then refused to even try reprinting it smaller with no refund

I have been waiting for a package for 3 days it has been on a delivery truck in the town I live in the entire time it was supposed to come today and the driver made no attempt to deliver it this was at 3:00 pm and then continued to make deliveries until 5:00 pm and when I called customer service they where no help I will make sure in the future that I Never order anything that comes through fedex again worst delivery service

Hassle free. I had a few questions about shipping, the man working seemed like he didnt want to answer any questions. He wasnt a people person I guess.Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Dont expect a phone call before they return packages that are not picked up before 5 days. They will send it back to sender. Worst experience ever.
