I recently had a car repaired and painted at Autobahn Body Works and they did an excellent job. It took some time, no fault of theirs as they were waiting on insurance and back ordered parts but so nicely offered their loaner car when rental ran out. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to in the future if needed and highly recommend them for auto body repairs.

Just acquired the previous owner of gorillaz garage Bobby Jennings. The man is an auto paint master.

A bad choice. A few days after installing a front clip from a parts car, my cooling system started leaking. I brought the car back to have them look at it and they told me they needed to order parts which should arrive shortly. I heard nothing for about a week and I called again and was told the parts have not arrived yet. Again, nothing for 4 days so I called again and was told that, in fact, the parts were readily available the whole time, they were just trying to get in touch with the owner who was off in Florida. Im told that the parts cost $250 and will require 2 hours of labor and the owner expects me to pay for it all. Meanwhile the leak got worse and coolant was spilling all over my driveway. I cant drive 5 minutes without risking the engine overheating. Not to mention they also installed the wrong headlights and there are pieces of the car nearly falling off. The paint job looks good but other than that the job was obscenely sloppy. Never called in the 6 weeks they had my car to ask if I wanted supplant better parts over the iffy ones for an extra cost, which I would have agreed to. The owner is ignoring me hoping everything just goes away. Abysmal way to treat a customer, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I went to them to get my car fixed after someone rear ended me. They were the one institution, between them, the insurance company and the rental car company, that was easy to deal with. They were extremely upfront and honest throughout the whole process and i would 100% reccomend anyone in the burlington area to use them

I dont know if I will have enough room to express how great these guys are! On the morning of my accident, Hertz couldnt send someone to pick me up for a couple hours, so one of the guys from the shop gave me a ride. They have an attention to detail and a desire to do things right that is admirable; they made sure that everything was perfect before giving my car back. They took the extra time to track down a problem with a part they got from the dealership! When I picked up my car, it was washed and the inside had been cleaned, no small feat being I have two small kids! Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and accomodating. They are a model for how a business should be run. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars; they deserve 10! Trust in Autobahn to do quality work done by quality people.

These guys are obviously pros. They replaced my 328i sportwagon bumper and it looks new and Im pretty sure they even detailed my exterior and cleaned my windows of all the dog tongue marks from the inside.

I had a great experience at Autobahn! During the summer someone swiped the front of my car and I needed work.For starters, I forgot my appointment date and when I called them the morning I was supposed to bring my car in to tell them I couldnt they were super understanding and said I could bring it in later that day or the following morning. I brought it in the following morning and a rental was already available for me.When I came to pick my car up I was told by the front desk that it would be a few more minutes because they needed to fix some paint that they werent okay with. I liked that they took the extra time to assess their own work. While I waited I listened to them work with other customers and noted their professionalism and also friendly vibe that made you feel welcome.When I got my car back it looked great! It all involved minimal paper work and was stress-free. Hopefully I wont be in there again (who wants to get body work?!), but if I do need need work done Ill definitely be seeing them, as well as recommending their business.

Outstanding work on my GMC Acadia. I was really blown away by the customer service. Everyone was super friendly, they did the work required and a went even fixed a couple small issues. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend Autobahn.

These guys are awesome! Sustained damage to my 13 Tacoma. Business was smooth, service was caring and friendly. Even though they were very busy at the time, I didnt feel like just another customer. Truck came out looking like brand new, and they guarantee their work. Def recommend this company.

If you are looking for perfection this is the place. These guys are great with customer service and are more then happy to help you anyway they can. I will gladly bring my car back for anything.

We taken a few cars to the Autobahn for paint work. They always do a great job. Estimates are straightforward and reasonable given the high quality of work, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I woukd definitely recommend this shop, especially if you need body work or painting done for your vehicle.

These folks are pleasant to work with, sincerely want to help, and do good work. They gave me good advice about my problem and helped me resolve it with a no cost solution. You cant beat that! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had my car towed there after a minor accident as they were recommended by my insurance provider and would not go there again. The people I spoke with on the phone were always very nice, but they kept my car for 3 weeks and everytime I called I got the same answer. I was always told that they were waiting on estimates for parts and couldnt give me a time frame. Then they would offer to take my email address and email me all the updates. I gave them my email address TWICE and never got any updates from them. When I finally went to pick up my car it was still missing a tow hook cover. Its a small part and they were very apologetic and said if I came back any time in the next week they would pop it on, but after how long it took to get my car I dont really have any interest in going back. Again, everyone I spoke to there was very kind, both on the phone and in person, but after looking at the itemized bill, the number of parts they needed to order and the amount of time they actually spent working on my car I cant imagine what they were doing with my car for so long.

I wish we had more than five stars to give them but I don’t. The work they did on my Mercedes is exquisite. Nothing but OEM parts, perfect gaps, Stella paint, etc. they’re also friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and always helpful. I absolutely recommend them for not just Mercedes and BMW repairs but for any car with the quality of work they’ve shown me. Beautiful. In my 47 years of driving, they are the place I needed back then. You know when you get your car repaired and start looking around and seeing Chinese, Japanese, Third World country parts you are in trouble. Nothing of the sort here, all oe/oem parts down to the hardware. The paint match and blend are absolutely spot on. Quality, price, and top shelf service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

RUN!!! FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! RUINED A 2016 BMW M6!This place is the only certified bmw & Mercedes paint shop around.Absolute nightmares to deal with.Over 20 obvious runs in the lousy pait job they did. Had to bring car back 3 times and each time they kept grinding my paint down all the way arounf the car to the point the car was dull and covered in swirl marks.A total nightmare company that cant admit when they are in over their head. Maybe ok for paintwork on a toyota but on a car with real lines watch out! They ruined my paint job.After that they charged me $600 for storage. This place is criminal! DONT BE FOOLED!

Very professional staff who offer first class customer service made dealing with collision repair a pleasure-my 10 yr old Corolla looks better than new.

Terrible place to have auto body work done. When I picked vehicle up after 3 weeks fenders sticking out nothing matched. Clips. Hanging out ext....bad place

Not very happy with this auto body shop. They said my car would be ready Thursday. Then they damaged the hood they got for my car, delaying me getting it back till Friday. I called Friday and they said it wouldnt be ready till Monday. Monday I called to let them know I was on my way, and they bought the wrong hood, a more expensive one, so its going to be delayed even longer, into Tuesday or Wednesday! They keep pushing the ready day back farther and farther. You would think theyd at least be sincere about it; as getting to Burlington around my work schedule is hard enough; but they dont seem to Care. Called the insurance company and filed a complaint. I will never go here again.
