Great job fixing my car, sadly it how to go back to Audi of south Burlington to be recalibrated. Back to the nightmare of their service department. They should be ashamed.

Great shop, they stayed in touch throughout the process and warranty their work. I have unfortunately had work done there multiple times but they have always done solid work.

Paint and body work came out great! I appreciate the fact that they cleaned my cars interior and exterior. What I didnt appreciate was how Patrick addressed my concern after picking up my vehicle. After the repair I as receiving a noise from the front left wheel well of my car where they made the repair. After looking under my vehicle I noticed that the wheel well liner was improperly installed and missing a screw causing the liner to drop into the path of my axle boot causing the noise. Not a big deal, figured I could call and have them fix the liner. Speaking to Patrick on the phone he was dismissive to the fact that the noise could have been cause by their repairs and informed me that he was aware of the noise and that it was caused by the upper strut mount bearing ($500+ repair). He said its very common with my vehicle and that he knew it was the bearing based off the noise. Long story short, after they installed the missing screw the noise went away. I find their dishonesty concerning for the fact that if this happend to someone without a background in automotive service they would have been taken advantage of.

They did a great job

The front door of my bmw was painted and the clear coat is now falling off 18 months later and they used a rusted salvaged door latch on the back door which has now failed leaving my car useless. I use my car for work also.
