This store specifically has always had what is on the website in stock. The hours are convenient.Harbor Freight carries a lot of tools that wont be found at home improvement stores (that is the fifth star). The quality generally matches the price. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, and there is a great return policy. Plenty of reviews of the products on the Harbor Freight site and on YouTube. The Inside Track Club is worth the cost if you are a regular customer.

Since harbor freight opened down the street, I rarely go to the big box home improvement stores anymore. I can usually find what Im looking for and the folks at harbor freight are super friendly and helpful. An additional thing to mention is how easy the parking lot is to get in and out of relative to the local big box home improvement stores. That might not be a feature that everyone cares about, but I definitely appreciate it.

Staff is always helpful and there is a fantastic variety of products. The downfall to Harbor Freight is of course the cheap quality of the tools. However, this can be overlooked by the low pricing as well so... if you need a tool that you will only use once in a while? Harbor Freight is the place. If you need a tool ypu will use everyday? Go with a Milwaukee, Marita, Bosch or even Dewalt tool instead.

I love this place. Ive gotten a circular saw, drill, and most recently the Daytona lift for my husbands birthday as he does a lot of my own work on his cars. Good quality tools at great prices and they offer warrants for tools.

If I ever need a new career I will become a manager at harbor freight.

Every time I walk in im greeted and ask if I need help finding something .im always amazed that I can stay and browse at my own pace without hassle. I never hesitate to ask questions because the answers I get are dead on to what I need . I just wish that when a product is either discontinued or out of stock that the display could be sold. There products are great quality for what you pay. I enjoy harbor frieght.

What a great Store to deal with (Burlington Vt). I had an issue with a welder. I took it back to exchange for another one. I was informed that the 90 warranty had expired 6 days before I brought it back. Even though the warranty was no longer valid the store manager went ahead and replaced the welder. I have always been a loyal HF customer. This no hassles respect for the customer is an example of ‘stepping out of the box and is why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks very much to manager and team a Harbor Freight for putting the customer before ‘6 days’. By the way I bought an extended 2 yr warranty on the new welder. Only $35.30 after taxes.

This overall is a decent place, though its selection is perhaps a little smaller than it could be. Harbor Freight in general has some great deals though, and I highly recommend it for certain kinds of tools and accessories. Its lifetime warranties on hand tools make it a particularly nice place to get certain kinds of things for both an affordable price and at a fairly high quality. An unconditional, no questions asked warranty is hard to be as long as the quality of a specific item is good, and at this point many items at Harbor Freight sells are high-quality.If youre new to Harbor Freight, go online and look at reviews or check out YouTube videos on specific things to get a really clear sense of what youre buying, unless you know exactly what youre doing. Harbor Freight has some real treasures, and it also has some things that maybe arent so great. Overall though, it seems like a nice addition to the resources in the Burlington and South Burlington area.

Finally harbor freight has come to Burlington! Todays HF is not like it used to be. No more 3 dollar ratchet sets for one or two good uses...their tools are very good and well priced. No more insanely low prices for good or bad. Now it is more of a JC penny style of business where you should always watch for the sales and coupons and never pay the original price, because odds are in a week it will be on sale again.

The check out process is always kind of a flail. The employees are good they just have a broken system to work with. Still I will go back, stuff is good value.

After giving item numbers and asking staff, I was told the items I was looking for were not in stock. Looked everywhere in the store. Later that day my family went there and somehow found the items I was looking for in the back corner of the store. Again, the computer system said they had none of the products i was looking for. Some updating of the cpu system is definitely needed.

Harbor freight is a dangerous place for a wallet to be. every time he goes in there he loses a lot of weight...its just not healthy....

Harbor Freight brokers in cheap junk, wrapped in nice packaging with cheap prices. Beware. It is not worth the visit. Everything we have bought there has broken. At least they gave me a refund.

Harbor freight sells bad tools made in china. Their business model is to build a cheap product by an underpaid worker in china, then sell it to us under the guise of pittsburg electric or some other american sounding name. If any form of reliability is desired look elsewhere. Someone once told me that you should only ever buy tools from harbor freight with no moving parts - but the venturi converter i bought with no moving parts also cracked, so i’m tired of it.Go on craigslist or ebay and get a good piece of equipment that will cost around the same price but won’t fuel this disposable culture which is filling our landfills and polluting our ocean and atmosphere. Get a tool that will be used for generations. With harbor freight more likely than not it will break before monday comes around.
