Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent selection of higher-quality gear. I’d much rather shop here than at the big box stores with untrained staff and (often) substandard goods. While this store seems to cater to pros, I’m just a semi-skilled DIY’er, but the team at Russell Supply treats me well.

I am not happy with my first experience with this business. First off I ordered a part for my business and was told 1 to 2 days. I NEEDED this item to complete orders. I ordered one off Amazon and got it in one day after realizing these guys feed me misinformation to complete a sale. I was also told the total would be 53 dollars, turns out they werent transparent and left out the shipping charges. Shipping charges were 15 bucks and still took 7 days to show up. I am very disappointed as I was hoping to support a local shop and build a relationship. I guess not.

Come here for all you could ever want in a tool store. The real deal!! The guys here know what they are selling and have all the high end carpentry tools, chisels,knifes,saws,Cabinetry tools and jigs all the good names. I own my own carpentry company and only buy tools from here.
