I gave them 1 star part because I have to, and part because my first appointment was great. After I got my hearing aides I went in once a week to update them. After a while I stopped going every week and only went when needed. I went a few months like that and now my last 6 appointments have been canceled last minute. When I say last minute I mean when I was on my way there! Ive tried going to South Burlington and Morrisville and nothing new. All canceled.

Great service at the South Burlington VT location by John. I had lost hearing in my right Siemens hearing device while cleaning it (on vacation in VT, there are no Siemens locations in VT, went to Beltone in desperation).Dr. John found a tiny obstruction in the wax guard insert, cleared it, got the device working- no charge ! I was delighted, can’t say enough about Dr. John and Beltone !
